Enter the price for “Tier 1” at your event, then check every other price and quantity in your own currency. - Tier 1 The ticket type you price first. Only a set number go on sale, worked out from the capacity you give. - Tier 2 Priced above your Tier 1. - VIP Priced above your Tier 1. The new event wizard opens with this template already selected, with its ticket types and any included tables or add-ons ready to review. 2. ## Enter your ticket price and capacity Enter the price for “Tier 1” and how many people you can fit. Review every ticket price and quantity before you publish. 3. ## Adjust and publish Review the ticket types and any tables, add-ons or settings included. Change or remove anything you do not need, then publish. Nothing from the template is locked. ## What the template asks you Enter your ticket price, capacity and any usual extras. You can skip any of these and fill them in later. - What “Tier 1” costs at your event, so every tier can be priced around it. - How many people you can fit, so the template can set the quantity for limited tiers. - How do you want to sell? Pick one price, an early bird ladder, or timed and premium releases. Each choice is a complete set of ticket types with a note on who it suits; tables and add-ons stay the same, and the standard ticket price you enter is that choice's own main ticket. Leave it and you get the ticket types listed here. - Are you offering lockers? Choosing yes adds a Locker hire add-on. - Do you want anti-scalping protection? Choosing yes requires attendee names and ID on every ticket. ## Questions you might have How do Tier 1 and Tier 2 work?: The template creates them as separate ticket types and uses your capacity to size them. Set when each one should go on sale before you publish the event. Can the template discourage ticket touting?: Yes. Turn on tout protection when the template asks to require attendee names and ID at the gate. This makes unauthorized resale harder but does not block it. What if I add a second day later?: Use the multi-day festival template if you already know about the second day.
