1. Pick this template

   Select “Use this template”. The new event wizard opens with this template already selected, with its ticket types and any included tables or add-ons ready to review.

2. Enter your ticket price and capacity

   Enter the price for “Tier 1” and how many people you can fit. Review every ticket price and quantity before you publish.

3. Adjust and publish

   Review the ticket types and any tables, add-ons or settings included. Change or remove anything you do not need, then publish. Nothing from the template is locked.

• What “Tier 1” costs at your event, so every tier can be priced around it.
• How many people you can fit, so the template can set the quantity for limited tiers.
• Are you offering lockers? Choosing yes adds a Locker hire add-on.
• Do you want anti-scalping protection? Choosing yes requires attendee names and ID on every ticket.

How do Tier 1 and Tier 2 work?

The template creates them as separate ticket types and uses your capacity to size them. Set when each one should go on sale before you publish the event.

Can the template discourage ticket touting?

Yes. Turn on tout protection when the template asks to require attendee names and ID at the gate. This makes unauthorised resale harder but does not block it.

What if I add a second day later?

Use the multi-day festival template if you already know about the second day. You can also change this setup later because none of its settings are locked.
