Andy C Takes His All Night Series To New Zealand

A founding member of the genre, Andy C is one of the most important artists in Drum & Bass.  HFrom being part of the genre’s prototype stage to starting RAM Records with Ant Miles 1992, a label that is regarded as the biggest label in Drum & Bass, and finally overseeing the most defining era of Drum & Bass, Andy C has been omnipresent.

In addition to delivering numerous seminal hits through Origin Unknown and RAM Trilogy aliases with Ant Miles and Shimon, Andy C’s abilities as a DJ are the best in Drum & Bass and arguably one of the best in the dance music world.

Drum & Bass heads started associating with Andy C for his long, engaging DJ sets, which gradually evolved as DJ gear advanced and allowed DJs to experiment with a variety of creative features. Now if you catch Andy C live, you’ll consistently see him three turntables deep while double or even triple dropping tracks by playing at least one classic and one unreleased tune that sends crowds into pandemonium.

His explosive DJ sets saw him sell out places like London’s iconic Alexandra Palace in 2016, followed by a 2-month long residency at the legendary XOYO London. In between these historic achievements, Andy C achieved his then career highlight when he took his ‘All Night’ showcase to London’s SSE Arena in Wembley in 2018; a show that sold out in less than 3 days.

Early this year, Andy C announced that he is returning to the SSE Arena with his ‘All Night’ Show in October 2021. The time it took to sell out the SSE Arena was just over 20 minutes, and it’s a testament to Andy C’s commanding influence in the UK.

While he is gearing up for the Wembley leg, the celebrated DJ has now done a one-up and announced another ‘All Night’ showcase, but this time, it’s in a different continent. Andy C is all set to tour New Zealand with this confidant Tonn Piper for a 4-city tour in 2022.

The ‘All Night’ NZ Tour 2022 will be held in Hamilton, Christchurch, Auckland, and Wellington; and each of these shows will experience a minimum of 4 hours of Andy C’s pulsating Drum & Bass magic. The 4-city tour will also be the first time that Andy C has taken his ‘All Night’ showcase outside of the UK.

With festivals like Homegrown and Northern Bass, New Zealand, for over two decades has been a hotbed for Drum & Bass and Andy C’s ‘All Night’ Tour is another feather in the hat of the country’s rich Bass music culture.

Pre-sale Bookings will open on 24th of August 2021 followed by General Sale bookings on the 25th of August 2021. You can sign-up for here to register yourself to book your tickets. If you anywhere near these 4 locations in New Zealand, you would not want to miss it because Andy C’s DJing enchantment will be an experience of a lifetime.
