Golden Globes 2022: Full List of Nominees

2021 has been a big year for television and films. This month, the Golden Globes is back to recognize excellence in both American and international film and television!

The nominees for the Golden Globes 2022 – 79th Annual Golden Globe Awards have been announced by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association (HFPA). The announcement for the same was made by HFPA president Helen Hoehne and the multi-talented Snoop Dogg from the Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, California, and live-streamed at goldenglobes.com and on the Golden Globes YouTube channel.

As per the Golden Globes website, “in yet another first time, submissions were not required for award consideration this year. However, the HFPA accommodated filmmakers/studios who requested their content to be considered only for specific categories.”

Over the last eight months, the Hollywood Foreign Press Association has completely overhauled its bylaws. This overhaul included “implementing sweeping changes from top to bottom that address ethics and code of conduct, diversity, equity and inclusion, governance, membership, and more.” Recently, the Hollywood Foreign Press Association admitted their largest and most diverse class to date of twenty-one new members. All of whom are first-time Golden Globe voters.
