We thought we’d help you catch up with some of the most anticipated releases every month by compiling a list of limited series, new releases, as well as series that are back with their latest seasons on different streaming platforms. Chef Gordon Ramsay’s next evolution in cooking competitions is ‘Next Level Chef’. He scours the country for the very best line cooks, home chefs, social media stars, food truck owners, and everything in between. All of these cooks and chefs are competing against one another with the goal of finding the food world’s newest superstar with Ramsay coming together with two elite names in the food world! These chefs are Nyesha Arrington and Richard Blais. Ramsay and his co-mentors leave no stone unturned.

They each recruit a group of talented chefs. The chefs take them under their wings as Ramsay and his friends attempt to bring out the very best in their cooks. All of them try to find “the one” with Ramsay firmly believing that as long as a chef has the drive, talent and perseverance, he or she can make that climb to the top!

Creativity, consistency and cunning are the recipe for success to make it to the next level, as the competitors adapt to the challenges waiting for them. Chefs compete for a life-changing $250,000 (INR 18603125.00) grand prize and the title of ‘Next Level Chef’”, reads Apple TV’s description of the show. Euphoria (Season 2) – January 9

Starring the ‘The Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series’ winner Zendaya in the lead role, ‘Euphoria’ centers around a group of high school students who struggle with drugs, love, social media and money as they come of age while trying to establish their identity.

Apart from the ‘Dune’ and ‘Spider-Man: No Way Home’ star Zendaya, the show also stars Hunter Schafer as Jules, The White Lotus’  Sydney Sweeney, The Kissing Booth’s Jacob Elordi, the ‘Mainstream’ star Alexa Demie, Barbie Ferreira as Kat, The King of Staten Island’s Maude Apatow, The Invisible Man’s Storm Reid, Angus Cloud as Fezco, ‘The Hate U Give’ star Algee Smith, Grey’s Anatomy’s Eric Dane, Nika King as Leslie and more! Cheer (Season 2) – January 12

Netflix’s gripping docuseries ‘Cheer’ follows the ups and downs of Navarro College’s competitive cheer squad in the small town of Corsicana, Texas. They work to win a coveted national title as the hard-driving head cheer coach Monica Aldama demands perfection from her team of competitive college athletes. ‘Cheer’ has won the ‘Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Unstructured Reality Program’ in 2020. The second season of the docu-series is coming to Netflix on January 12.

Peacemaker – January 13

‘Peacemaker’ is the spinoff of ‘The Suicide Squad’ which sees the origin of the DC superhero Peacemaker starring John Cena in the title role of a self-proclaimed superhero. He is so dedicated to world peace that he is prepared to use the force of arms to achieve it.

How I Met Your Father – January 18

Ozark (Season 4, Part 1) – January 21

Netflix’s drama series ‘Ozark’ has been created by Bill Dubuque (‘The Accountant’, ‘The Judge’). It stars Arrested Development’s  Jason Bateman as Marty Byrde. He is a financial planner who relocates his family from Chicago to a summer resort community in the Missouri Ozarks.

With his wife Wendy (Laura Linney) and their two kids in tow, Byrde is on the move after a money-laundering scheme goes wrong. This forces him to pay off a substantial debt to a Mexican drug lord in order to keep his family safe. While The Byrdes’ fate “hangs in the balance, the dire circumstances force the fractured family to reconnect,” according to Rotten Tomatoes. The fourth and final season’s first part arrives on Netflix on January 21.

All Of Us Are Dead – January 28

Starring Yoon Chan-young, Park Ji-hoo, Cho Yi-Hyun, Park Solomon, and Yoo In-soo, ‘All Of Us Are Dead’ is an upcoming K-Drama based on the Naver webtoon Now at Our School by Joo Dong-Geun. In this series “a high school becomes ground zero for a zombie virus outbreak wherein students who are trapped must fight their way out or turn into one of the rabid infected,” reads the show’s description on Netflix.

Angry Birds: Summer Madness – January 28

The Woman in the House Across the Street From the Girl in the Window – January 28

In this parody of ‘The Girl in the Window’ heartbroken Anna (Kristen Bell) watches the world go by from her living room window. According to IMDb, when a handsome neighbor moves in across the street, Anna, for whom every day is the same, starts to see a light at the end of the tunnel and she sets her sights on him/obsesses over him until she witnesses a gruesome murder, or did she? Michael Ealy and Tom Riley also star in this darkly comic crime thriller coming to Netflix on January 28.
