Moonfall – February 4
After discovering that the moon is out of orbit and is headed toward earth, astronauts must find the reason behind this perplexing phenomenon. Directed by Roland Emmerich (2012, Independence Day), ‘Moonfall’ is a science fiction disaster movie. The cast list includes Oscar-winning actress Halle Berry (Monster’s Ball, The Call), Patrick Wilson (The Conjuring franchise, Watchmen), John Bradley (Game of Thrones) and more!

Veeramae Vaagai Soodum – February 4
A high intense crime thriller sees aspiring police officer ‘Porus’ trying to solve a complex tangle of murders only to realize just how deep the trail goes. His mission on solving this crime hits a roadblock when he discovers the authorities are involved. Plenty of hard-hitting fight and actions scenes, along with a social message are on display in this film. The movie is directed by Thu pa Saravanan and stars Vishal and Dimple Hayathi in the lead roles.
Death On The Nile – February 11
Hercule Poirot is on board ‘Karnak’, traveling on the river Nile on vacation when a passenger is found dead. Before the end of this journey, he must find the perpetrator of this crime. Based on the Agatha Christie novel of the same name, actor Kenneth Branagh returns as the Belgian detective, Hercule Poirot, in the sequel of 2017’s ‘Murder On The Orient Express.’ The star-studded cast includes Gal Gadot, Russel Brand, Rose Leslie, Sophie Okonedo, Letitia Wright.
The film has been on the shelf since 2020 due to the pandemic and will finally hit theatres on February 11.
Blacklight – February 11
As mentioned by actor Liam Neeson in an interview with talk show host Jimmy Fallon, ‘Blacklight’ is about “uncovering corruption at the highest levels of government power, while re-examining one’s morals”. This thriller will see Liam Neeson as a federal agent, who finds out innocent civilians’ lives are taken by the government.
Put together by the creative team behind the hit series ‘Ozark’, the action thriller also stars actress Emmy Raver-Lampman (The Umbrella Academy).

Dog – February 18
An Army Ranger has been allocated the task of transporting a military working dog to the funeral of her owner. The pair get their relationship started on the wrong foot with loads of spats along the journey ahead. A welcome return to the big screen for actor Channing Tatum, whose last major on-screen role was in 2017’s ‘Lucky Logan’.
An entry into the buddy-cop-dog style of movies, it is produced and directed by Channing Tatum. In his official Instagram, he mentioned that he was inspired to make this movie after saying goodbye to his best friend.
A delight for dog lovers, ‘Dog’ will be in theatres on February 18.
Uncharted – February 18
After being roped in by an experienced treasure hunter, Drake is on a quest to locate a lost fortune of gold while also searching for his long-lost brother. Fans of the hugely successful ‘Uncharted’ games series will get to see the main character, Nathan Drake, on the big screen. The video game series was launched in the early 2000s.
With actor Tom Holland in his first outing since ‘Spiderman No Way Home’ in a leading role along with stars Mark Wahlberg (The Fighter, Lone Survivor) and Antonio Banderas (Desperado, The Mask of Zorro). The adventure comes to theatres on February 18!
Big Gold Brick – February 25
Suffering from delusions and a disconnected reality after being struck by a car, a young writer Samuel is invited to stay with the gentleman that caused this accident, on the condition that Samuel writes his autobiography.
This will be director and producer Brian Pestos’s first feature film after primarily working on short films. Described as a dark comedy ‘Big Gold Brick’, has a cast list of Emory Cohen, Andy García, Megan Fox, Lucy Hale, alongside Oscar Issac.
‘Big Gold Brick’ is crashing into cinema’s on February 25.
Studio 666 – February 25
Rock and Roll Hall of Famer Dave Grohl (Foo Fighters, Ex-Nirvana) has always brought to the forefront the experiences of ‘what goes into making an album’ or ‘evolution of musician’. Having directed Sound City (2013) and What Drives Us (2021), the storytelling rocker is back with his band in a comedy horror movie ‘Studio 666′.
The movie is written based on a story by Dave Grohl himself, which centers on the band’s recording of their tenth studio album. The movie features the entire bands’ lineup consisting of Taylor Hawkins, Pat Smear, Nate Mendel, Chris Shiflett and Rami Jaffee.
Studio 666 will be making a noise in Theatres on February 25th!
Gangubai Kathiawada – February 25
Filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali teams up with actress Alia Bhatt to bring this biographical drama to the big screen. Alia Bhat will be portraying ‘Gangubai’. The film will feature her at different stages of her life. Times she had no say in her own future and the events that led her rise to power as the mafia queen.
Gangubai Harjivandas was an Indian sex worker sold to a brothel at a young age. She went on to fight for the rights of sex workers and helped improve their living conditions. The movie is loosely based on the book Mafia Queens of Mumbai by author S. Hussain Zaidi and also features ‘Singham’ actor Ajan Devan.

Valimai – February 24
An action-packed thriller directed by H. Vinoth and produced by Boney Kapoor is releasing this February after its long delay. Supercop Arjun is on the hunt for ruffian crooks who keep upgrading their thieving techniques while carrying out their criminal endeavors. Their crew consists of tech-savvy masterminds and face-paced and fierce motorcyclists. The cast includes Ajith Kumar, Janhvi Kapoor and Kartikeya Gummakonda.
Sandwiched with fast-paced action scenes and high-speed chases is ambition at heart. ‘Valimai’ releases in theatres on February 25th.
