TF Daily Drop: Bring ET by Jauz

Today’s Pick is Bring ET by Jauz. Listen Now!

‘Bring ET’ by Jauz presents a mixture of vintage house sounds and modern tech-house. It’s obvious that tech house is having a comeback year when the bass warrior himself gets caught up in it!
Released on 21st January via his own imprint, Bite This! Records, this track is a perfect dancefloor miner. Unlike other house and bass artists who have switched to tech-house and left their sound behind, Jauz is bringing his own taste to tech-house as we can hear some of his classic bass lines throughout the track.
He’s currently on his ‘Off The Deep End’ tour, and ‘Bring ET’ is the first tune from his new collection of house tunes. Also, the visuals complement the track making it an extension of how this track is going to add to the overall package Jauz is set to deliver this year. With ‘Bring ET’, the all-rounder has demonstrated how a perfect experiment works.
Taking a look at Jauz as an artist, he has come a long way. Born in San Francisco, the musician grew up playing guitar and producing electronic music. As he honed his production skills at Icon Collective, he began releasing future house tracks, resulting in the name Jauz.
While climbing the musical ladder, he was discovered by Moe Shalizi, who helped him release his first song on Borgore’s label, Buygore. In the following years, he was discovered by acts such as Diplo and Skrillex, and released tracks on labels such as Mad Decent and Monstercat, both individually and in collaboration. Incorporating everything from trap, bass, dubstep, and house into his music, Jauz is an artist who is making a name for himself regardless of what comes next.
