An envious back catalogue and a tour calendar that circles throughout the year, he is one of the most successful stars in dance music. Hailing from the southwest of England, [Wilkinson’s](https://www.instagram.com/wilkinsonuk/) first encounter with music came when joined a few bands in his early teenage years. He soon got introduced to electronic music at the age of 14. Wilkinson then turned his bedroom into a studio before securing himself a proper set-up years later. After honing his skills, he sent a few tunes to Hospital Records via Cyantific. This led to his first piece of music being released on the label’s ‘Sick Music’ compilation series. His album ‘Lazers Not Included’ hit number 1 on the iTunes Dance Chart in 10 countries. ‘Afterglow’, his seminal hit became a top 5 hit on the UK Chart, selling 300,000 copies, with 20 million YouTube views. He then went on to release ‘Close Your Eyes’ featuring iiola from the album. After 5 months of waiting, his third studio album ‘Cognition’ is out, and it’s safe to say that we are HYPED! The 13-track album begins with the hard-edged roller titled ‘Keep Dancing’, featuring famed composer Amber Van Day. It then moves on to ‘Here For You’ with Becky Hill, who he previously collaborated with on ‘Afterglow. Potential track of the year already! Late contender for Drum & Bass tracks from last year, ‘Used To This’, comes next. Fifth up is ‘Release Valve’, which sees Wilkinson take his sonic abilities to the next level.
