Listen Now! [Shantanu Gursal](https://www.ticketfairy.com/word/author/shantanugursal.md) 16 February 2022 · 3 min read Today’s pick is “Here For You” by Wilkinson and Becky Hill. Listen Now! Almost nine years after the release of their smash hit “Afterglow”, DJ Wilkinson and pop star Becky Hill team up once again to release “Here For You”. The track is on Wilkinson’s 3rd studio album “Cognition”, which was released on February 11, 2022. Becky wrote it during the COVID-19 lockdown and says it is about being there for somebody through thick and thin. A journey of emotions is captured beautifully in the video. A mild string intro, a soft piano cut with plucked strings, with Becky’s voice laden on top, leads us to a more electrifying liquid drop. This track is a great laydown listen and a dancefloor groover at the same time. \[youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fg\_muDHhxD4\] Wilkinson is considered as one of the finest in Drum and Bass with releases on Ram, Hospital and Virgin EMI records. He has become one of the most successful stars in global dance music. His debut album ‘Lasers Not Included’ reached number one on the official dance chart. In addition to his many club anthems, he has sold 3 million singles and been streamed over half a billion times. He performs across the globe, from Glastonbury, Reading & Leeds to EDC Las Vegas and Ibiza residency at Amnesia. After selling out the Roundhouse and Brixton Academy in London three times over the years, he has built a fierce live reputation. In addition to remixing and collaborating with RagNBone Man, The Prodigy, Wretch32, and Becky Hill, he won ‘Best Single’, ‘Best Album’, ‘Best Video’ & ‘Best Producer’ at the National D&B Awards. ‘Hypnotic’ (April 2017) became the most successful D&B album of the year, winning him an army of fans from Skrillex to even Elton John. The collaboration album ‘Portals’ saw Wilkinson team up with fellow D&B titan Sub Focus. But all this is past and he is set the start a new journey as the pandemic has changed his perspective. So be sure to keep an eye out as this bona fide electronic star rises with his third solo album, “Cognition”. On the other hand, Becky Hill just won her first BRIT Award for Best Dance Act. The singer has a long list of collaborations under her belt, including David Guetta, Jonas Blue, Oliver Heldens, Sigala, Rudimental and others. Her mature, resonant voice with influences from R&B makes her the talk of the town. Her first appearance on The Voice UK brought her to the spotlight. After releasing her debut album “Only Honest on the Weekend” in 2021, she went on tour and had chartbusters such as “My Heart Goes (La Di Da)” and “Through the Night”. Be a part of this emotional reunion. ##### Listen to Here For You By Wilkinson and Becky Hill on: [Spotify](https://open.spotify.com/track/1QgebV92VO4Z7VxbQ1tSKo?si=85843b313cb744b8) [Youtube](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fg_muDHhxD4) [Apple Music](https://music.apple.com/in/album/1595888506?app=music&at=1000lbgi&lId=24449400&cId=ID&sr=1&src=Linkfire&itscg=30440&itsct=catchall_p1&ct=LFV_b7d19717b36953e5e5a65324720d1fa7&ls=1) ##### Follow Wilkinson on: [Facebook](https://Wilkinson.lnk.to/FacebookID) [Instagram](https://Wilkinson.lnk.to/InstagramID) [Twitter](https://Wilkinson.lnk.to/TwitterID) ##### Follow Becky Hill on: [Facebook](https://www.facebook.com/topicproduct...)
