Murderville (Netflix)


Funnyman Will Arnette teams up with a host of celebrity guest stars in each episode to investigate a series of murders in this crime comedy. The series produced by Will Arnette himself has the scripts withheld from the guest stars. They are introduced to a series of murder investigations with only their gut instinct and problem-solving mindset. Far from a typical buddy-cop or Sherlock-Watson-type duo, how will these murders be solved in this improvised comedy?

The series stars Will Arnette as homicide detective Terry Seattle. Joined by Sharon Stone, Conan O’Brian, Annie Murphy, Kumail Nanjiani, Ken Jeong, and former American Footballer Marshawn Terrell Lynch.

The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel (Amazon Prime)


The comedy-drama series created by television writer and director Amy Sherman-Palladino returns for its fourth season since its last episode in 2019. Set in 1958, a housewife ‘Midge’ ventures into the world to become a stand-up comedian. In a male-dominated era, she paves her way through powerful stage performances, catchy responses and witty punchlines. Season three ends with Midge and her manager Susie axed from the remaining tour with musician Shy Baldwin. So we will have to wait to see what new adventure awaits Midge!

The series stars Primetime Emmy Award Winner Rachel Brosnahan as Miriam “Midge” Maisel and comedian Alex Borstein as Susie Myerson. Marin Hinkle, Tony Shalhoub, Michael Zegen, and Kevin Pollak are also part of the cast list in this series.

Dollface: Season 2 (Hulu)


After dealing with a break-up in season one and rekindling relationships with her friends, one can only wonder what lies ahead for Jules Wiley and her girlfriends! Season two kicks off with the girls in a post-covid world with their thirties quickly approaching.

Starring Kat Dennings, Brenda Song, Shay Mitchell, and Esther Povitsky. The show is created by writer and producer Jordan Weiss.

Better Things: Season 5 (FX)


Comedy-Drama ‘Better Things’ returns for its final season with Sam Fox portrayed by actress Pamela Aldon. This season will focus on what lies ahead for this single mom of three working in Hollywood while handling the day-to-day episodes in her daughter’s and aging mom’s life.

The award-winning series is directed and written lead by Pamela Adlon herself. Season four has a 100% approval rating with an average rating of 8.5 out of 10 on Rotten Tomatoes.

An Army Ranger has been allocated the task of transporting a military working dog to the funeral of her owner. The pair get their relationship started on the wrong foot with loads of spats along the journey ahead. A welcome return to the big screen for actor Channing Tatum, whose last major on-screen role was in 2017’s ‘Lucky Logan’.

An entry into the buddy-cop-dog style of movies, it is produced and directed by Channing Tatum. In an interview with Talk Show Host Jimmy Kimmel, Tatum openly gave away the ending of the movie. Tatum admitted that whoever he told that he made a dog movie would not see it unless he told them if the dog lived or not at the end.


Big Gold Brick


A story recounted by budding writer Samuel Liston suffering from delusions and a disconnected reality after meeting with an accident. He is invited to stay with the gentleman that caused this accident, Floyd Deveraux, and his family on the condition that Samuel writes his autobiography.

‘Big Gold Brick’, has a cast list of Emory Cohen, Andy García, Megan Fox, Lucy Hale, alongside Oscar Issac.
This will be director and producer Brian Pestos’s first feature film after primarily working on short films.

The Afterparty (Apple TV)


Stand-up Comedian and Actress Tiffany Haddish play a no-nonsense detective Danner, who gets involved in a murder investigation of pop star and actor ‘Xavier’ played by actor Dave Franco. At the afterparty of a school reunion, Xavier is found dead and everyone in attendance is a suspect.

The cast list includes Sam Richardson, Zoë Chao, Ike Barinholtz, Ben Schwartz, and Ilana Glazer. This comedy show is put together by filmmakers Phil Lord and Christopher Miller, who are the creative minds behind Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, 21 Jump Street, and The Lego Movie.
