British trance and progressive house producer and DJ Gareth Emery announces his final full-length album ‘Analog’. The album is due to be released sometime in December. This, however, won’t be the end of Emery’s musical career which started back in 2010. The DJ states he will continue to release singles and EPs. Marshmello Teams Up With Khalid for Second Collaboration ‘Numb’

Khalid and Marshmello give us a summer tune ‘Numb’. This is the duo’s second collaboration following the 2017 smash single, ‘Silence’. ‘Numb’ has saccharine whistles and a bouncy bassline. Khalid’s smooth vocals very effortlessly glide onto the beat of the track.

“Me and Khalid always talked about doing another song, so I sent this idea to him and he loved it,” Marshmello said about “Numb” in a statement. “I was super happy when I asked him if he wanted to do the song and he said yes because the song is a little different vibe for him, but I knew he would crush it. He sent it to me the next day and I immediately knew we had one with this.”

Carl Cox Announces New Album in Over a Decade

Legendary British DJ Carl Cox announced the release of his new full-length studio album in over a decade. Titled ‘Electronic Generations,’ the long-anticipated 17-track LP will roll out on September 16, 2022, via BMG records.

‘Electronic Generations’ is derived from Carl’s live-hybrid sets played during the last couple of years. Experimenting with live productions, operating new pieces of equipment and his 30-year career led to the creation of his upcoming album. “I’ve pulled together all the elements that I’ve learned from watching those crowds, added my sound and tried to bring you a true electronic music experience,” Carl said.

The ‘Scared to Be Lonely’ hitmaker took ‘Sentio’ on the road by kicking off his tour on June 10 at Omnia Nightclub in Las Vegas. The massive tour spans 3 months with 49 dates, beginning with 2 shows in Las Vegas and concluding with one in Milan on September 10. Electronic dance music trio Swedish House Mafia and retail furniture brand IKEA have collaborated on a line of products. IKEA revealed these products at the IKEA Festival during the 2022 Milan Design Week. Included in this collection are a music production desk, an armchair, a record player, and many more items.

Swedish House Mafia and Ikea’s partnership was first announced in September 2021, with the collection set to debut in September 2022. Its name OBEGRÄNSAD was revealed at this IKEA Festival in Milan.
