A post by Bloomberg on February 9, 2022 brought to light a lot of thoughts and excitement. According to the post, the game was initially planned as an expansion to the successful 2020’s Assassins Creed Valhalla, but later became a game of its own. The game is rumored to feature a popular character from Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, Basim, and the project wont be as large scaled as previous titles.
Unlike previous titles, the new Assassin’s Creed is not going to follow the open-world RGP concept, but rather a stealth-type gameplay. Along with Assassin’s Creed Mirage, leaks have also confirmed a bigger Assassins Creed within the same report Bloomberg posted.

In the leaked report, AC fan will be getting a game called Assassin’s Creed Infinity, portrayed to us as a bigger, grander, RPG that is said to be a multiplayer game. We don’t know much about the game, but Ubisoft is said to attend the Gamescom 2022 in which they might reveal future projects like Skull and Bones, Assassins Creed, and maybe even more.
With Ubisoft also working on Skull and Bones, it might as well be a few years until we see the launch of Assassin’s Creed Infinity. Although Assassin’s Creed Mirage is said to be a smaller project, we can’t help wanting to know more!
After September 10, 2022, we will know exactly what to expect from Ubisoft and the next Assassin’s Creed game. Stay tuned!
