Audiology and Coastal Promotions presents Bru-C at The Grand in Wellington on October 6, 2022, from 9 PM onwards. Tickets for the event are powered by Ticket Fairy.
Bru-C’s show is part of his Australia/New Zealand tour, which commenced on September 23 in Melbourne last month. The British artist’s last show is a SOLD-OUT event in Christchurch this weekend.
In his music career, ever since his first EP ‘Kamehameha’, which came out in 2014, Bru-C has seen much success. He has rolled out three albums so far and recently released his album ‘Smile’ featuring Leeds-based singer Paige Eliza, multi-genre producer Shapes, and Charlie P, among others.
The England-born MC’s collaborators include Mr. Traumatik and the Bad Boy Chiller Crew from Bradford, UK. Bru-C, whose music includes UK bass, garage and DnB, has been nominated for breakthrough artist of the year at the GRM Daily Rated Awards 2022.
2022 saw Bru-C, who signed to Def Jam Recordings in December last year, drop the singles ‘Paradise’, ‘No Excuses’, and ‘Playground’ with the latest one being ‘Say No More’. After playing at Bassfest NYE, he dropped new music and embarked on a European tour this year. He also received his first plaque for his single ‘You & I’ with Simula off his sophomore album ‘Original Sounds’ which sold 400,000 copies.
Fans who were hoping to see him at Southern Sounds but couldn’t due to the announcement that his dates had been pushed back for a new side-show now have an amazing opportunity to watch Bru-C perform at The Grand.

Also performing at The Grand this week is the DnB artist Worthy, the CEO of Coastal Promotions. He founded it with co-founder Elisara, who has been a touring DJ for Bru-C on his New Zealand tour. Worthy is also set to play at the Rolling Meadows 2022-2023 this New Year’s.
“Absolutely gassed to be supporting my brother @iambru_uk in Wellington next week ?I was blessed to DJ for him on his last tour over here, so this one is extra special to me,” Worthy wrote on an Instagram post. “Tickets inches away from selling out, don’t miss the capitals biggest club show of the year. ?”
Also on the bill are Sask and Fe & Marli (DnB music producer). “Looking forward to this b2b with @felixxstephens next week after Bru-c at his headline show in Welly. only one of us can attend but still gonna shell it!” Marli shared on Instagram.
