Tiësto to Release New Album ‘Drive’ in February 2023

Dutch DJ Tiësto will release his 7th studio album titled ‘Drive’ on February 24, 2023. The much-awaited LP is a follow-up to Tiësto’s 2020 hit album, ‘The London Sessions’.  Fans can anticipate a different sound on ‘Drive’ in comparison with its predecessor, ‘The London Sessions’, which was more dance-pop inclined. In an interview, Tiësto illustrates the album to have a “whole new direction,” with him being more focused on producing house music anthems.

‘The Motto’, ‘Hot In It’ featuring Charli XCX, ‘Pump It Louder’ with Black Eyed Peas and ‘Don’t Be Shy’ are part of this 12-track album. ’10:35′ is the most recent single off ‘Drive’ featuring Canadian singer-songwriter Tate McRae to celebrate the opening of luxury hotel Atlantis The Royal in Dubai.

“Tate and I wanted to create a song that captured the energy of an experience at Atlantis The Royal, and I’m proud to say the feeling of 10:35 and this property are both infectious! So excited for the world to finally hear it,” Tiësto said in a press release.

HBz collaborates with Jebroer and DJ Blackbeard for ‘Rumble In The Jungle’

DJ/producer duo HBz’s latest work had them work with Dutch rapper Jebroer and the upcoming DJ Blackbeard on the bass-heavy tune ‘Rumble In The Jungle.’ Influenced by new beat and contemporary dance music, ‘Rumble In The Jungle’ is a ferocious dancefloor number that commingles Jebroer’s raspy voice throughout.

Since their onset over a decade ago, HBz has curated a catalog of versatile music ranging from bounce to hardstyle. Along with their originals, the pair boasts an impressive remix collection for Vize, SDP, Helene Fischer, and more. Meanwhile, Jebroer has been known to lend his vocals in the realm of dance music and has worked alongside renowned acts such as Timmy Trumpet, Blasterjaxx, Scooter, Sub Sonik and Afro Bros. Completing the trio of ‘Rumble In The Jungle’ is DJ Blackbeard, who featured on the title track of HBz’s ‘Home of Madness EP’ right after his debut in 2022.

ZHANGYE Releases New Single ‘Own Way’ With Janieck

Chinese DJ/producer ZHANGYE is making strides as a promising artist despite debuting less than a year ago. His latest feat is ‘Own Way’, an uplifting tropical house-infused number with vocals borrowed from pop artist Janieck. Janieck’s vocals are distinctly layered underneath an enchanting guitar melody, which culminates in a soaring yet steady buildup to the hook ‘indulged in a grooving hedonistic beat.’

ZHANGYE teamed up with singer/songwriter KARRA on his electro ballad ‘Wherever The Wind Blows’, prior to the release of ‘Own Way’. His knowledge of classical music and ear for a dancefloor-driven beat has helped him emerge with a distinctive sonic style. Within a short span, ZHANGYE has earned support from the likes of Quintino and DJ Dimitri Vegas and has peaked charts in China and the US.
