Watch Kings of the Rollers, Inja, Body Ocean, and More at Rhythm & Alps Pre-party on December 28

Rhythm & Alps presents “Wānaka’s first international ALL ages show” at Lake Wānaka Centre with Kings of the Rollers and Inja, and supporting acts Benthamism, De-Tu, and Body Ocean. This Rhythm and Alps 2022 pre-party kicks off at 7 PM on Wednesday, December 28, 2022. Tickets are powered by Ticket Fairy.

One of the biggest names in drum and bass, Kings of the Rollers, played at the Hospitality On The Beach Festival (a seven-day drum and bass festival), Creamfields North, Electric City, and The Common at Glastonbury this year. They also took home the Best Performance of 2021 prize at the Drum & Bass Awards 2022. Their musical offerings in 2022 include ‘Down I Go,’ ‘Mash up the Dance (Kings of the Rollers Remix),’ and ‘Style & Pattern’ with Yung Saber.

Co-headlining the Rhythm and Alps 2022 pre party is Inja, who kicked off this year with a gig at The Drumsheds London, then took the Common at Glastonbury stage with Kings of the Rollers, and performed at Electric Woodlands, and Boomtown. In 2022 alone, he has rolled out the singles ‘Not Broken,’ ‘Law of Attraction,’ a collaboration with Carasel and Wish Master, ‘Thinking Bout You’ with Disrupta, ‘Not Bad,’ ‘Let Go’ with Exile, ‘Allstars MIC (feat. DnB Allstars),’ ‘Trample The Beast,’ and ‘Rave Eyes’ with Bladerunner.

Body Ocean, who hit the road in Australia and New Zealand in April and May, are the supporting acts at this event. The duo, consisting of New Zealand’s Jeremy and Nik from the Netherlands, met because of drum and bass. Together, they have taken over the AV Club, and toured across cities in New Zealand with Sin in 2022.
