Summer Classic returns for its 2023 edition, boasting acts like What So Not, Odd Mob, Montell 2099, Kayes, and many more! Orchestrated by event promoters Red Rum Touring, the Kiwi summer spectacle is slated to take place on February 4, 2023, from 3 PM onwards! Find your tickets to this DnB showdown at the Ticket Fairy.
Auckland-based Red Rum Touring, the brains behind recent editions of festivals Hidden Valley and Spring Classic, have gathered some of the biggest local and international names in the electronic scene for Summer Classic. Dropped as early as October 2022, the list of headliners includes Australian electronic music producer What So Not (Chris Emerson), Kiwi beatmaker Montell 2099, Australian production pair Ekko & Sidetrack, Australian DJ and music producer Odd Mod, New Zealanders Jono ‘Quix’ Schnell, and SACHI – an electronic duo consisting of Nick Chrisp and Will Thomas.

A stellar line-up of supporting acts is set to take the stage at the picturesque grounds of Ascension Wine Estate, Matakana. These include house music selectors Syrup, drum & bass DJ Erica Kayes, house music duo Never Late (Max and Connor), house music artist/vocalist Tizza, Aucklanders Hyfinn & Yüthe and George FM’s resident DJ Pixie Lane.
DJ Kayes commented on her performance at Summer Classic on Instagram, saying: “So excited to be a part of this wicked lineup for Summer Classic 2023! Just another reason to get excited for summer, sign up to get your tickets!! Huge thanks to the team for having me on.”
