On February 18, 2023, attendees can grab a glass of their favorite beers and ciders on the lush grounds of Ilam Homestead in Christchurch. Set to pour at SIBF are over thirty craft beers and ciders from breweries located all over South Island. This massive exhibition of local brews has been recognized by the members of the [Society of Beer Advocates](https://www.soba.org.nz/) (New Zealand) as the Best Canterbury Beer Event on multiple occasions. American Porter, Hefeweizen, Amber Ale, Doppelbock, Munich Helles Lager, Kölsch, Lager Stout Porter, German Ale, Belgium Ale, Irish Ale, and more can be enjoyed at the festival!
