The extensive collection includes memorabilia of the late singer’s six-decade-long career, such as letters, lyrics, photos, costumes, stage designs, and music awards. After confirming that “writing sessions” were underway for the movie, the project now stands canceled as per the creator due to recent cutbacks at Netflix. In an interview discussing the band’s most recent album ‘Cracker Island’ released on February 24, Albarn shared the news that dejected Gorillaz fans worldwide. “The new record came about because Jamie and I were often in Los Angeles.
