A drum & bass showcase called RESONANT is coming to Charlotte, North Carolina, courtesy of QCJNGL, ChEM Lab, and Face Tracers Productions! On March 10, 2023, RESONANT will feature first-class local acts Electron-C, Ibeep Ubop, Dark Adaptation, Ndskyz, and Unjustified with Atlanta’s Johnny Goodtime at the Greystone Pub from 9 PM to 2 AM. Joining Charlotte’s local talents is Johnny Goodtime, a drum & bass DJ from Atlanta, alongside DJ/producer Electron-C, who makes his return to Greystone after a killer performance last year.
The mid-2000s saw DnB DJ/producer Dark Adaptations as a vocalist and guitarist for many metal bands. Now as a drum & bass DJ, he has been the opening act for Dara and DieselBoy and will do a b2b set with NDSkyz at this event. Dark Adaptations will head to Ashville Music Hall later this month for a scheduled gig.
iBeep uBop, a duo comprising of Constance and Joshua, is also on the bill. They’ve rolled out the singles ‘Perfect Mistakes’ and ‘So Insistent’ so far in 2023. Last month, they played at the Cross Club in Prague and performed at their first music festival, Camp Sayso Music Festival in 2022. Unjustified, who was the special guest on the MFR Show and has gotten behind the deck for Bass Invasion, rounds out the stunning line-up.
