After making his debut on MC GQ’s Emcee Recordings in 2006, Jubei went on to release his high-octane material on Scientific Wax, Inneractive Music, and Coded Recordings, before signing exclusively to Goldie’s Metalheadz. After signing to one of the most influential labels in electronic music, [Jubei](https://open.spotify.com/artist/748MGeLsgxl6GVGuDvHbsY?si=CoyRidVrRJa0vo2LcGuCMg) went on to achieve a unique feat on Metalheadz after releasing nine tracks in a single year – making him the label’s first non-album artist to release that many tracks at that point. The influential producer then landed his first album a few years later – ‘To Have & Have Not,’ which included collaborations with label head honcho Goldie, the late Marcus Intalex, DRS, SP:MC, Flowdan, Dbridge, J:Kenzo and Youngsta. The album proved pivotal for the genre after witnessing a series of genre-defining tunes being a part of Jubei’s debut long release. For more than a decade, Jubei continued being an important cog of drum & bass until starting his own label in 2021. Making its first release with the iconic ‘Show Me’ featuring dBridge, which for many years had been DnB’s most sought-after dubs, the label is now steadily forming its name as a staple for deep, crisp and turbo-charged drum & bass – a style Jubei has been championing ever since his debut. ##### You May Also Like: [Shanks Drops Two Roaring Tunes On RAM Records](https://www.ticketfairy.com/word/2023/02/08/shanks-drop-two-roaring-tunes-on-ram-records) [Spotify Embed: Show Me](https://open.spotify.com/embed/track/6wBXGUAcDsK3T7fidop2Gc?si=e60d84fae40b44b8&utm_source=oembed) For the label’s first release of the year, Jubei has brought three titans of the genre in the form of Skeptical, LSB, and Workforce on an EP called ‘Style & Technique Volume Two.’ The EP serves as a follow up to its first edition which was released in 2021 featuring Dogger, Mindstate, DLR, and his Code 3 crew member, Dakuan. The ‘Style & Technique Volume Two’ EP begins with ‘The Rebellion’ – an immersive deep-stepper with Skeptical full of rattling bass stabs and haunting atmospherics. Rapid percussions collide with compact bass groove with Workforce on ‘The Variant’ before Jubei closes a sensational release with LSB for a blend of lush and dark elements on ‘The Source.’ Listen to ‘Style & Technique Volume Two’ EP here: [Jubei](https://www.youtube.com/embed/videoseries?list=PLtyf4Pko3mHLciQwAcxIukxDjxehqqi2P) Grab your copy of the EP – [HERE](https://carbonmusic.bandcamp.com/album/cm012-style-technique-volume-two) ##### You May Also Like: ##### [TFword Label Showcase: Footnotes](https://www.ticketfairy.com/word/2023/02/27/tfword-label-showcase-footnotes) ##### [Metalheadz Announces New Techno Label: Headzstate](https://www.ticketfairy.com/word/2022/03/25/metalheadz-announces-new-techno-label-headzstate) ##### [TFword In Conversation With Mako](https://www.ticketfairy.com/word/2022/11/11/tfword-in-conversation-with-mako) Share [X](https://twitter.com/intent/tweet?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ticketfairy.com%2Fword%2F2023%2F03%2F10%2Fjubei-releases-a-belting-3-tracker-on-his-label.md&text=Jubei+Releases+a+Belting+3-Tracker+on+His+Label) [Facebook](https://www.facebook.com/sharer/sharer.php?u=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ticketfairy.com%2Fword%2F2023%2F03%2F10%2Fjubei-releases-a-belting-3-tracker-on-his-label.md) [WhatsApp](https://api.whatsapp.com/send?text=Jubei+Releases+a+Belting+3-Tracker+on+His+Label+https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ticketfairy.com%2Fword%2F2023%2F03%2F10%2Fjubei-releases-a-belting-3-tracker-on-his-label.md) ## Sagar Deshmukh Drum & Bass head with a tinge of hip shake for Disco.
