Sub180, the brains behind Rolling Meadows, Mayhem Festival, and Urban Jungle Festival, construct their latest showdown, Dusk Sessions, with drum & bass duo PHIBES! Composed of brothers and bass heads Ryan and Scott Wild, PHIBES are currently on their multi-city Another Dimension Tour of New Zealand. This stint in Aotearoa concludes with an epic rave in Christchurch at Engineers Bar on Easter Saturday, April 8, from 7:30 PM. Get your tickets to see the duo live from The Ticket Fairy.
UK duo PHIBES return to New Zealand after a highly successful run of shows in 2021. Their visit comes on the back following a string of shows in Canada and ahead of their five-city tour of Australia. PHIBES are most recognized for their eclectic productions that blend hip-hop, breaks, reggae, glitch hop, twerk, and drum & bass. A new production that they fleshed out and debuted at visual haven Printworks London will be featured in their upcoming performances.

Christchurch natives Yen, DJ and producer Rust-E, Eamon “Cass” Caswell, and Damage Control are scheduled to perform as the show’s opening acts. To mark their comeback to touring in New Zealand, Sub180 dished out an exclusive dub by PHIBES for the first 300 ticket buyers.
We heard back from Yen, who will be behind the deck on support duties, busting out a new setlist! He said, “This gig is gonna be one for the books, PHIBES in engineers will be something you do not want to miss as these boys have got a way with steel discs. I’m also super excited as I’ve got a whole new set to play to the Christchurch brethren and cannot wait to tear a new hole in Christchurch’s city.”
