Waiheke Island Style Events steers in the latest edition of the day-long Island Oasis plugged in with constant sounds of bass, dubstep, DnB, and jungle, where you can stomp the floor to your heart’s delight! Island Oasis returns on Saturday, April 22 on Waiheke Island at Ahipao, Auckland. Get your tickets to the bass music gig from The Ticket Fairy.
Electronic artists dominate the card for this show, with music pulsating from 3 PM until the wee hours of the night. Attendees will be taken on a journey by the performers as they transition from an afternoon soaked in soul, hip-hop and funk to liquid DnB until sundown and then into the evening with a heavy mix of dubstep, jungle, and drum & bass. The music starts outdoors and then heads indoors into the night.

Soul, funk, and hip-hop musician Selector EJ, bass head Yoshka, musician Paige Julia, DJ Keighto, a stalwart of the Kiwi dubstep scene producer Charlie Brown aka Optimus Gryme, and Liquid Lowdown crew DJ Coco & Chicorelli are all confirmed for Island Oasis. Artists One40, Lucid Motion, and Hodgee round out the bill, with an unannounced line-up for a b2b set to close the show.
Nestled on the shores of Matiatia is Ahipao, the restaurant and cocktail bar that serves as the venue for Island Oasis. Ahipao is a short walk away from the ferry ride, which is available for the attendees of Island Oasis until 12:30 AM (last ride).
