After three solid appearances, Rave on the Hill returns for its fourth installment on coronation day – May 6, 2023! Taking her place yet again behind the deck for its latest edition is DJ/producer Lisa Unique, along with dance music staples DJ Kota and Phil Chillum. The show kicks off at 7 PM onwards at France Lynch Church Rooms, Stroud, with tickets powered by The Ticket Fairy.
The infamous party marks its comeback with stalwarts of electronic dance music – Lisa Unique, DJ Kota, and Phil Chillum. Lisa Unique is a seasoned house DJ and creative director of the independent house music record label Flipside Records UK. The record label started operations in 2021 and crossed its two-year mark in February 2023. It brags artists Sol Brothers, Damon Scott, Lilla So, and Marcella Woods, to name a few, in its repertoire.
Veteran DJ/music producer Kota, who has been spinning a diverse mix of dance music since the early 1990s, is also on the line-up. Kota’s sets throw down old-school rave and modern techno beats. Artist Phil Chillum rounds out the bill for Rave on the Hill – Part 4. The trio will also be seen onstage at the Retrospective of House’s Boutique Party in August 2023.
Rave on a Hill will stem from France Lynch Church, also known as the Hall on a Hill, in Stroud, UK. France Lynch Church Rooms, a century-old premise originally used as a primary school, now serves as a multi-purpose venue catering to private parties, concerts, meeting groups, and live music.
