The band just fired out their debut single ‘[Te Hekenga](https://open.spotify.com/artist/0klAp37RhyD1F3XAO1iWGw),’ a thumping blues-rock number, earlier this month. KITA also remarked about performing on home turf in Wellington, saying, “It is an interesting choice that our home show in Poneke, Te Whanganui-a-Tara is the night of elections on October 14th – we hope and encourage people to go vote, and come to our show after. Consider it your election night get-together. It’ll be a nice way to pass the time if the results are in your favor or not. Come get immersed in music and have a boogie.” **For tickets to [KITA The Love Lives Here Tour](https://www.ticketfairy.com/tour/kita-the-love-lives-here-tour?fbclid=IwAR1ZO-JltHgYPQqMBrRsgLoUvxHMq_1Khy1GpUf0KXbNn9GELMyoOTlZ5V0), head on over to The Ticket Fairy: [HERE](https://www.ticketfairy.com/tour/kita-the-love-lives-here-tour?fbclid=IwAR1ZO-JltHgYPQqMBrRsgLoUvxHMq_1Khy1GpUf0KXbNn9GELMyoOTlZ5V0)** **Find KITA on: [Instagram](https://www.instagram.com/kitasoundz/) | [Spotify](https://open.spotify.com/artist/7d0fPYsWX0uUt6y1l2N1zP)| [YouTube](https://www.youtube.com/@KITAsoundz/featured)** **You May Also Like:** [**Inja to Kick Off New Zealand 2023 Tour This September!**](https://www.ticketfairy.com/word/2023/09/11/inja-to-kick-off-new-zealand-2023-tour-this-september) [**Catch Jyoty in Auckland on September 22**](https://www.ticketfairy.com/word/2023/09/05/catch-jyoty-in-auckland-on-september-22) [**Kamiyada+, Phi11a, and Vile to Headline Skip The Boat’s Multi-City New Zealand Tour This September**](https://www.ticketfairy.com/word/2023/08/28/kamiyada-phi11a-and-vile-to-headline-skip-the-boats-multi-city-new-zealand-tour-this-september) Go ## The events in this story - [Fri 29 Sep 2023 · past KITA - The Love Lives Here Tour | Whāingaroa/Raglan The Yard Music Cafe, Raglan See the event](https://www.ticketfairy.com/event/kita-the-love-lives-here-tour-raglan) [Everything on in Raglan](https://www.ticketfairy.com/events-in-raglan) - [Sat 30 Sep 2023 · past KITA - The Love Lives Here Tour | Tāmaki Makaurau/Auckland Whammy Bar, Auckland See the event](https://www.ticketfairy.com/event/kita-the-love-lives-here-tour-auckland) [Everything on in Auckland](https://www.ticketfairy.com/events-in-auckland) - [Fri 6 Oct 2023 · past KITA - The Love Lives Here Tour |Tūranganui-a-Kiwa/Gisborne Smash Palace, Gisborne See the event](https://www.ticketfairy.com/event/kita-the-love-lives-here-tour-gisborne) - [Sat 7 Oct 2023 · past KITA - The Love Lives Here Tour |Ahuriri/Napier Paisley Stage, Napier See the event](https://www.ticketfairy.com/event/kita-the-love-lives-here-tour-napier) [Everything on in Napier](https://www.ticketfairy.com/events-in-napier) Share [X](https://twitter.com/intent/tweet?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ticketfairy.com%2Fword%2F2023%2F09%2F13%2Fkita-to-embark-on-the-love-lives-here-tour-in-new-zealand-in-september.md&text=KITA+to+Embark+on+The+Love+Lives+Here+Tour+in+New+Zealand+in+September) [Facebook](https://www.facebook.com/sharer/sharer.php?u=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ticketfairy.com%2Fword%2F2023%2F09%2F13%2Fkita-to-embark-on-the-love-lives-here-tour-in-new-zealand-in-september.md) [WhatsApp](https://api.whatsapp.com/send?text=KITA+to+Embark+on+The+Love+Lives+Here+Tour+in+New+Zealand+in+September+https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ticketfairy.com%2Fword%2F2023%2F09%2F13%2Fkita-to-embark-on-the-love-lives-here-tour-in-new-zealand-in-september.md) ## Denver C Tracking stories in music with a focus on festivals, events, gigs, and sustainability.
