Shourya Malhotra Presents A Stellar New Indie Rock Single

Delhi-based singer/songwriter and Media and Entertainment lawyer Shourya Malhotra has diligently assembled his fifth single ‘Still Breathing,’ with dreamy sonics, wistful soundscapes, and ambient textures.

Shourya Malhotra, formerly known as the voice of progressive heavy metal outfit Trigger, continues to stride forward with his notable songwriting approach. His latest release, ‘Still Breathing,’ beams brightly with acoustic folk patterns and melancholic rock details, exploring themes of perseverance and resilience.

‘Still Breathing’ uncoils with finger-plucking acoustic guitar as strummy strings and key elements shape the song’s blueprint. Malhotra’s whisper vocal technique gently caresses the music, which is coated with temperate percussive action, timely bass tugs, and uplifting electric guitar chords.

“The song’s narrative addresses enduring life’s challenges and finding optimism amidst sadness. It serves as an uplifting anthem for anyone navigating through difficult periods in search of light,” said Shourya in a statement.

The artwork for Shourya’s ‘Still Breathing’ is yet another piece by Siddhartha Iyer, whose works have been featured in all but one of Shourya’s previous music releases.
