Still only 18 years of age, Molfa Music’s prized possession continues to thread together whimsical soundscapes paired with heartfelt lyrics, evocative melodies, and poignant instrumentation, earning over 225,000 listeners on Spotify along the way. Following on from July’s ‘[Sukoon](https://www.ticketfairy.com/word/2024/08/05/new-music-releases-july-2024-gini-yohan-marshall-tech-panda-kenzani-and-more),’ gini’s newest outing presents a take on the fears and anxieties that go with leaving and longing for a home. While putting this composition together, the singer-songwriter shared she was “scared of leaving home, a comfortable space,” and most concerned if she would find a place outside to call “home.” Picking up with acoustic guitar strums and gini’s dulcet vocals, rhythmic percussive patterns soon ensue, framing a sombre orchestral-esque production.
