German dance music sensation liquidfive straps another booming production in ‘Real Love,’ released via his 5L Records label.
In 2025 alone, producer Martin Maximilian Kotzur aka liquidfive has frequently updated his resume and fed us dance bops such as ‘Smoke Alarm,’ ‘All I Do Is Crazy,’ ‘Gimme That Love,’ ‘Heart,’ ‘Touch Me (Speed Of Light)’ and most recently, ‘Light In The Dark.’
These tracks sway across progressive house, deep pop EDM, electro-house, and tropical house routes, showing his versatility at production, while also wheeling in works from musicians Steerner, Charming Horses, and Veldor. liquidfive’s next crack at production arrived on June 27, 2025, and it features rising vocalist Lacey.
The duo captures a very relatable tale of yearning for real connection, with infectious energy and emotional depth on ‘Real Love.’ The dance-house track pounds together liquidfive’s pulsating beats and euphoric melodies with Lacey’s emotive and soulful vocal delivery.
Lacey sincerely sings lyrics such as “I’m feeling a fire burning inside, talking for hours, can’t sleep at night,” “I need real love, that’s what we fall for,” and “once again, all I’m asking for is some real love.” From the opening stabs of the piano to the passionate and honest lyrics, the duo hooks you with its uplifting motifs and catchy dance-pop grooves.
