The host for the evening was Trevor Noah.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: #ffffff;\">Two brand-new categories had been introduced for the 2022 GRAMMYs Awards show \u2013 \u2018Best Global Music Performance (Global Music Field)\u2019 and \u2018Best M\u00fasica Urbana Album (Latin Music Field)\u2019 bringing the total current number of GRAMMY Award categories to 86.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; color: #ffffff;\">Jon Batiste was the most-awarded artist this year with five wins. The Foo Fighters and Silk Sonic swept the Grammys by winning all the awards they were nominated for. He earned the award for his 2021 LP, &#8216;Subconsciously&#8217;<\/span><em><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/em><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">This prize was presented in the pre-ceremony of the award show.
