Wong, just like most of us, saw Dirty Loops\u2019 viral videos of their intelligently arranged covers of hit pop songs like <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/justinbieber\/\">Justin Bieber<\/a>\u2019s \u2018<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=KjVGJ3YFDc8\">Baby<\/a>\u2019, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/adele\/\">Adele<\/a>\u2019s \u2018<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=nsqh9jHkHlM\">Rolling In The Deep<\/a>\u2019 and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/avicii\/\">Avicii<\/a>\u2019s \u2018<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=j0sYj4wxyk0\">Wake Me Up\u2019<\/a>. The album is true representation of what Cory Wong and Dirty Loops are capable of \u2013 funky, jazzy, intricate yet enjoyable instrumentation that\u2019ll keep your foot tapping and at times even your head banging.<\/p>\n<h3>Cryosis \u2013 Broken [Single]<\/h3>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Cryosis - Broken [Official Music Video]\" width=\"702\" height=\"527\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/ddUxLl49xgc?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Unconventional Indian electro-pop \/ alternative act <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/cryosismusic\/\">Cryosis<\/a> released a new single \u2018Broken\u2019, with some serious introspective lyrics. With her soothing vocal timbre, vocalist <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/toebeansftw\/\">Aakanksha Hejmadi<\/a> speaks about how one presents a fa\u00e7ade of everything being okay and portray a look that doesn\u2019t really reflect how broken they are. Swelling synths, chunky bass and a break-y drum beat really suit the vibe of the lyrics and theme of the songwriting, maintaining their own unique sound. The band has got more than a million views from their previous singles \u2013 \u2018Breathe\u2019, \u2018Stay\u2019, \u2018Poison\u2019, \u2018You Make Me\u2019, and have garnered a good number of fans through airplay on VH1 India. Again, this single \u2018Broken\u2019 is accompanied by a very well-directed and edited vintage-looking music video by the band\u2019s producer-songwriter <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/sid.cryosis\/\">Siddhant Mishra<\/a> (The Oz Studios).<\/p>\n<h3>Little Simz \u2013 Point And Kill ft. Obongjayar [From the album \u2013 \u2018Sometimes I Might Be An Introvert\u2019]<\/h3>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Little Simz - Point And Kill feat. Obongjayar (Official Video)\" width=\"702\" height=\"395\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/tvY31eN3gtE?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Nigerian-Bitish rapper, singer and actress <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/littlesimz\/\">Little Simz<\/a> released her fourth studio album \u2018Sometimes I Might Be An Introvert\u2019 earlier this month. A real standout groovy slow-funk song with a classic 70\u2019s-like music video, \u2018Point and Kill\u2019 features <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/obongjayar\/\">Obongjayar<\/a>, known for his unique voice and versatility in the Brit music scene. The video is shot in Nigeria in a rural countryside setting which moves into a local disco pub, themed like movie from the yesteryears. In passing, some unique characters appear like the oiled weight-lifting macho men and the church-going aunties. Towards the end, it progresses into a dark and heavy percussive section, which is actually the initial part of the next song \u2018Fear No Man\u2019 on the album, which shows Little Simz holding up a machete at some police officers who are pointing guns at Obongjayar and herself. A must-watch!<\/p>\n<h3>Seedhe Maut \u2013 ? They\u2019ve always been incorporating pop culture and politics in their lyrics. Working on a full length with Sez On The Beat and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/iamritwiz\/\">Ritwiz<\/a> at the moment, \u2018?\u2019 is a more relaxed and casual look at the creative and personal relationship that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/theycallmecalm\/\">Calm<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/encoreabj\/\">Encore ABJ<\/a> enjoy. This 9<sup>th<\/sup> studio album is a reaction to the band\u2019s 2020 album \u2018A Celebration of Endings\u2019. Front-man Simon Neil said to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/nmemagazine\/\">NME<\/a>, \u201cThis album is a real journey, a collision of every thought and emotion we\u2019ve had over the past eighteen months.\u201d This single is themed around the feeling of questioning everything about one\u2019s own life after losing loved ones unexpectedly in these tough times for humanity. It\u2019s impossible not to have dark thoughts.
