Dripping with a vintage 80\u2019s synth-heavy mid-tempo yet danceable vibe, while leaning towards a more mainstream modern pop sound, her latest release \u2018Good Ones\u2019 is the first single out of her upcoming March 2022 album. The song speaks of her inability to hold on to healthy relationships and being drawn to the dysfunctional and toxic ones. This is portrayed symbolically in the accompanying music video which shows the pop-star mourning at the funeral of a loved one, along with some sassy dancers and vibrant moves, of course.<\/p>\n<h3>Eddie Vedder \u2013 Long Way [Single]<\/h3>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Eddie Vedder - Long Way (Official Lyric Video)\" width=\"702\" height=\"395\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/sHqd5Q7pYo0?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Story teller extraordinaire and volatile vocalist of legendary Seattle band <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/pearljam\/\">Pearl Jam<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/eddievedder\/\">Eddie Vedder<\/a> has released the single \u2018Long Way\u2019 from his upcoming album \u2018Earthling\u2019, which doesn\u2019t have a release date set yet. This will be his first full-length solo album after 10 years, the last one being \u2018Ukulele Songs\u2019 in 2011. Musically, the song is reminiscent of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/tompettyofficial\/\">Tom Petty &amp; The Heartbreakers<\/a> sound, with the distinct warm vocal timbre that is Vedder\u2019s signature. The song is decorated with organs, a screaming guitar solo and some melodic guitar licks in the outro. Due for release soon (we hope), \u2018Earthling\u2019 is Eddie Vedder\u2019s first collaboration with the Producer of the Year at the 2021 GRAMMY Awards \u2013 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/thisiswatt\/\">Andrew Watt<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>Tsumyoki x Kidd Mange \u2013 Way Too Messy [EP]<\/h3>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Tsumyoki, Kidd Mange - Way Too Messy | Prod. by DreddAf, Karan Kanchan | Official Music Video\" width=\"702\" height=\"395\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/vn_9BY5TQLg?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Young, talented rappers from the party paradise of India \u2013 Goa, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/tsumyoki\/\">Tsumyoki<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/kiddmangebruv\/\">Kidd Mange<\/a> teamed up and released \u2018Way Too Messy\u2019, a 5-song EP through Indian hip-hop label <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/gullygangindia\/\">Gully Gang<\/a>. The EP, which is sonically on-trend with modern 808-heavy beats, kicks off with the title track, which shows both Tsumyoki and Kidd Mange making a rather large mess while attempting to seemingly cook, spitting some mean bars while they do it. This song is produced by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/dreddafmusic\/\">DreddAf<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/karankanchanmusic\/\">Karan Kanchan<\/a>. The latter regularly collaborates with various Gully Gang artists and is a part of dubstep act <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/neckwreckcrew\/\">Neckwreck Crew<\/a>. Sweet rhythmic bass-lines and uplifting synths create a warm positive energetic feeling, while the accompanying video sees the band\u2019s front-man <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/glassanimoose\/\">Dave Bayley<\/a> going around with a boombox playing music to strangers and passers-by in different settings, indoor and out, enthusing them to dance. The glamorous video adds to the feel, presenting some sensual imagery and dance moves, thematically in keeping with the song\u2019s theme \u2013 foreplay.<\/p>\n<h3>Mastodon \u2013 Pushing The Tides [Single]<\/h3>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Mastodon - Pushing the Tides [Official Music Video]\" width=\"702\" height=\"395\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/haT5ars6RXc?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>The first single from their 9<sup>th<\/sup> upcoming studio album, slated for a Halloween October 29<sup>th<\/sup> release \u2013 \u2018Hushed and Grim\u2019, American metal band <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/mastodonrocks\/\">Mastodon<\/a> dropped \u2018Pushing The Tides\u2019. This will be the band\u2019s first double-album with 15 tracks in total. Their previous album from 2017 \u2013 \u2018Emperor of Sand\u2019 received the GRAMMY Award that year for Best Rock Album. \u2018Pushing The Tides\u2019 gives us Mastodon\u2019s ever-evolving sound which still maintains shades of trademark or foundation elements they\u2019re known for \u2013 the wall of guitars and bass, running drum lines with thunder-bursting single-stroke fills and looming vocals. To that, it adds a sing-y chorus delivered by multi-faceted drummer Brann Dailor, making them one of the few bands in which all members are capable of holding their own on the microphone while playing their respective instruments.<\/p>\n<h3>Adeline \u2013 Adi Oasis [EP]<\/h3>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Adi Oasis Feat. @KAMAUUWORLD - Stages (Official Video)\" width=\"702\" height=\"395\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/21-vGVrqvp4?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Dabbling around jazzy vocals powered with some strong soul roots and laid-back funk grooves and instrument lines, \u2018Adi Oasis\u2019 is an extremely involving 7-song EP from the multi-talented French-Caribbean songwriter <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/adeline\/\">Adeline<\/a> (pronounced \u201cAd-uh-leen\u201d, as she stresses on her Instagram). The singer, bassist and model, who used to be part of legendary indie-disco band Escort, has laid down some great bass runs, while delivering the most serene vocals as well. The first song \u2018Stages\u2019, featuring Brooklyn-based rapper and singer <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/kamauuworld\/\">KAMAUU<\/a>, has a sleazy bass line and a low-tempo groove, incorporated on some more songs throughout the EP. Another song \u2018<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=cajLYIDVOYk\">Maintain<\/a>\u2019 carries more of an upbeat funk morning gym workout or a do-something sort of pulse, and the closing song \u2018<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=EpCNRMfle_g\">Eternity<\/a>\u2019, featuring rapper and singer <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/joshuaj_music\/\">Joshua J<\/a>, revolves more along the lines of modern synth-pop.<\/p>\n<h3>Eskimo Callboy \u2013 WE GOT THE MOVES [Single]<\/h3>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Electric Callboy - WE GOT THE MOVES (OFFICIAL VIDEO)\" width=\"702\" height=\"395\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/D1NdGBldg3w?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>With a viral summer 2020 release \u2013 \u2018<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=75Mw8r5gW8E\">Hypa Hypa\u2019<\/a>, that got a mixed but overall smashing response, synth-core band <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/eskimocallboy\/\">Eskimo Callboy<\/a> have dropped a new dance-meets-metal single \u2018WE GOT THE MOVES\u2019. A catchy chorus, arena-friendly \u201cOh-Oh-Ohhs\u201d, up-tempo drums, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/rammsteinofficial\/\">Rammstein<\/a>-style chug-heavy riffing, hardstyle synths, intense growled vocals and yes, even a borderline metal-core breakdown somewhere in there, it\u2019s really hard to understand how the band wrapped their heads around such a wide slew on influences and combined them to create an extremely well-produced final product. You will either find yourself grooving in appreciation, or at the extreme other end, completely loathing this fusion of styles. Check it out for yourself and find out!<\/p>\n<h3>Ed Sheeran \u2013 Shivers [Single]<\/h3>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Ed Sheeran - Shivers [Official Video]\" width=\"702\" height=\"395\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/Il0S8BoucSA?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Attempting to revisit the commercial pop bracket he created with the ear-worm \u2018<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=JGwWNGJdvx8\">Shape of You\u2019<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/teddysphotos\/\">Ed Sheeran<\/a> released a feel-good clap-along song called \u2018Shivers\u2019, the second single out from his upcoming album \u2018=\u2019 (Equals). The clap groove is a constant and retains the upbeat energy throughout the song, keeping the same pulse going through the harmonised bridge. Sheeran delivers consistently well-produced music which always works with vast audiences because of its catchy simplicity, tight song-writing and commendable vocal composition. This is probably going to be one of those songs which will catch on really well on TikTok and Instagram Reels. On-trend.<\/p>\n<h3>Chl\u00f6e \u2013 Have Mercy [Single]<\/h3>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Chl\u00f6e - Have Mercy (Official Video)\" width=\"702\" height=\"395\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/FfesqRkdSEk?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>A ballistic debut single to say the least, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/chloebailey\/\">Chl\u00f6e<\/a>\u2019s release \u2018Have Mercy\u2019 is the first ever time she has ventured as a solo artist, after previously working on songs with her sister <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/hallebailey\/\">Halle Bailey<\/a> as part of the duo Chloe x Halle. The sisters rose to stardom when <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/beyonce\/\">Beyonc\u00e9<\/a> discovered them covering her song \u2018<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=uPwuduhx0vw\">Pretty Hurts<\/a>\u2019. Those kids grew up and one of them namely the now 23-year old Chl\u00f6e, in the \u2018Have Mercy\u2019 music video, plays the role of a modern-day Medusa who lures lust-hungry college boys into a sorority house, hypnotises them with her seductive charms and eventually turns them into stone statue keepsakes for herself, while the police and news channels are seen frantically looking for a missing young man.<\/p>\n<h3>Hot Milk \u2013 I Just Wanna Know What Happens When I\u2019m Dead [EP]<\/h3>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Hot Milk - The Good Life (Official Audio)\" width=\"702\" height=\"395\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/BdVLgtku-ks?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Rising quickly to popularity and take no time off whatsoever, power pop band <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/hotmilkhotmilk\/\">Hot Milk<\/a> released a 5-track EP called \u2018I Just Wanna Know What Happens When I\u2019m Dead\u2019. This is their second EP after \u2018Are You Feeling Alive?\u2019 from just a few months ago on 3<sup>rd<\/sup> May, 2021. From a sonic standpoint, the band combines the use of heavy guitar riffs, overdriven bass guitar, hardcore or punk rock drums with poppy choruses and uplifting positive messages. The lyrical content speaks openly about mental health scenarios and empathises with listeners on an emotional level, inspiring positivity.
