For the fourth year in a row, Glasgow-based collective Mungo\u2019s Hi Fi<\/strong> darts down to Kiwi shores, hauling their sublime brand of reggae, dub, and dancehall music. Accompanied by multi-genre performer and regular collaborator Eva Lazarus<\/strong> on this tour, the band looks set to once again unleash<\/a> their Jamaican-rooted soundsystem culture at standalone concerts as well as festivals across Australia and New Zealand this month. Tickets to Mungo\u2019s Hi Fi’s show in Queenstown<\/strong> on March 20<\/strong><\/a> are available now on Ticket Fairy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Their tour kicks off in Melbourne on March 7, followed by stops in Adelaide, Byron Bay, Christchurch, Raglan, Queenstown<\/strong>, Auckland, Sunshine Coast, and Perth. Consisting<\/a> of Dougie No Pain, Craigy Wonder, Breezak Bass, and Tommy Danger, Mungo\u2019s Hi Fi return to The London<\/strong> after stamping their presence at this live music hotspot in May of last year with an extended<\/a> three-hour session. The forthcoming show on March 20<\/strong> is presented by Wakama and Tahuna Dub.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vocalist Eva Lazarus joins the setup, flooding the arena with her charisma and dance-inducing grooves heard on their joint efforts, namely ‘Gasoline,’ ‘Amsterdam,’ ‘Light As A Feather,’ ‘Live My Life,’ and ‘Bad Gyal,’ sitting on their 10-track collaborative album ‘More Fyah<\/a>‘ (2019).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
