Ahead of its fifth anniversary festivities, Canada&#8217;s revered forest festival stamps its presence in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ticketfairy.com\/event\/groove-bass-2026-official-pre-party-10apr2026\"><strong>Montreal, Quebec<\/strong>,<\/a> on <strong>April 10<\/strong>, followed by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ticketfairy.com\/event\/toronto-pre-party-groov-bass\/?r=1636122\"><strong>Toronto, Ontario<\/strong>,<\/a> on <strong>April 17<\/strong>. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ticketfairy.com\/event\/groove-bass-2026-official-pre-party-10apr2026\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Tickets to Groove &amp; Bass&#8217; Pre-Party in Montreal<\/a> and Toronto are available now on <strong>Ticket Fairy.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Groove &amp; Bass<\/strong> unwraps proceedings at the multipurpose performance venue <strong>ESC<\/strong> in Montreal with a flush of techno rinsed by international heavyweights and local talents. LA-based techno force <strong>Shay De Castro<\/strong> and Amsterdam&#8217;s techno overlord <strong>JAYZO<\/strong> look set to ignite the dancefloor with booming, high-energy sessions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Toronto-based techno artist <strong>Alley Kay<\/strong> slots on support duties for the evening, alongside Montreal-based scene shaper <strong>D&#8217;Urbano<\/strong> and Groove &amp; Bass pillars <strong>Man\u00fcman<\/strong> and <strong>HeLLO<\/strong>, who channel sounds and tempos from the Montreal underground.<\/p>\n\n\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/plugins\/post.php?href=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2Fgroovenbassfestival%2Fposts%2Fpfbid0pUpWtv1sf2ozVwFQNyKQUmg9eVHHp6zxkqyN3X9Wye9yxct8LY6r3sQT6YKxpQ3Tl&#038;show_text=true&#038;width=500\" width=\"500\" height=\"250\" style=\"border:none;overflow:hidden\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"true\" allow=\"autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; picture-in-picture; web-share\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Held in collaboration with dance community <strong>FRONT RITE<\/strong>, gates open at <strong>8:00 PM<\/strong> with a special presentation before the music hits an hour later and roars on until daybreak. A burlesque show and dance performances are also in store, all tied together with a raw warehouse atmosphere, immersive production, and community at its core.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Groove &amp; Bass&#8217;s next high-voltage warm-up showcase rolls into <strong>Toronto on April 17<\/strong>, radiating from the basement of an old theater and jolted by a full sound system rig. Unannounced at the moment are a string of local selectors who join the card alongside a headlining international act, dishing out boundary-pushing house and hypnotic techno grooves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Attendees will also get a taste of <strong>AlienInFlux<\/strong> Sound System in action, which will also take the reins during the five days of the festival in Bryson.
