The seven-day party atop the Alps has revealed the first wave of artists heading to the festival.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

France’s icy Rise Festival<\/strong> returns for its 12th edition<\/strong> this year, scheduled for December 5-12<\/strong>. Stemming from the sky-touching ski resort Les Deux Alpes, it offers up numerous snow-covered activities along with spectacular music and fantastic views.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Keeping with the themes of twelve, Rise Festival recently unveiled its dozen names as part of its phase one line-up. It is deliciously crammed with lethal doses of drum & bass, UKG, jungle, house, dance pop, and underground music.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

DJ and music producer Sub Focus<\/strong> features on the card, flanked by vocalist-producer A Little Sound<\/strong>, UK garage and bass force Oppidan<\/strong>, and minimal house frontrunner Chris Stussy<\/strong>. DnB mavericks occupying slots on the card include Sota<\/strong>, K Motionz<\/strong>, and Harriet Jaxxon<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n

Tech and deep house pulses roll in courtesy of East End Dubs<\/strong>, while Hannah Laing<\/strong> brings in her brand of high-energy techno, hard-house, and trance flavors, referred to as doof sound. Singer and songwriter Jazzy<\/strong>, UK garage\/junglist Badger<\/strong>, and Dutch house act Locklead <\/strong>round up the first batch of artists on the card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
