Deadmau5 has shared a teaser for his new survival co-op game, \u2018Trail & Error.’ The game will see one to four players work in tandem to cross a terrain and reach the end by overcoming hurdles, including harsh weather, maintaining and utilizing your supplies wisely, pushing through disasters, and surviving the chaos to complete the journey and reach the finish line in one piece.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is the second project from Oberhasli Studios, co-founded by Joel Thomas Zimmerman AKA deadmau5. He first launched a ragdoll-style game, \u2018Meowingtons Simulator,\u2019 last year. deadmau5\u2019s entry into the gaming world was a tribute to his late cat, who passed away in August 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2018Trail & Error\u2019 will be in early access for six months to a year. \u201cBalance, difficulty, pacing, and the overall \u201cfun chaos\u201d of a run are things that are best refined with a real community playing together. Early Access allows us to iterate alongside players, improve the core experience, and shape the game based on how people actually play it with friends,\u201d states<\/a> Oberha5li Studios on Steam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the music front, deadmau5 released the track \u2018Science\u2019 featuring British singer-songwriter Stevie Appleton in February and shared the Westend Remix of \u2018Animal Rights\u2019 with California-born DJ\/producer Wolfgang Gartner in March.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
