Renowned for his instantly recognizable production style, which is defined by razor-sharp basslines, infectious hooks, and explosive drops, he has become one of the genre’s most influential crossover artists.

His breakthrough came with the UK Top 20 hit ‘Liquor & Cigarettes,’ a collaboration with Chase & Status and ArrDee, marking a watershed moment for modern drum & bass in the mainstream charts. He followed it with ‘Lowkey’ alongside multi-platinum, BRIT Award-nominated rapper Tion Wayne, while collaborations with global dance heavyweight Tiësto further cemented his reputation as one of the artists leading drum & bass into the wider electronic and US bass music landscape.

Continuing that momentum, Hedex recently unveiled ‘Beat On My Drum’ featuring rising vocalist Inéz. Blending his trademark jump-up energy with a catchy vocal topline and festival-ready hooks, the single showcases his ability to craft records that work just as effectively on streaming platforms as they do in front of massive live audiences. It reinforces his knack for pushing drum & bass beyond its traditional boundaries without sacrificing the raw energy that made him one of the scene’s most exciting names.

<iframe loading="lazy" title="Hedex - Beat On My Drum (ft. His relentless touring schedule has included sold-out headline runs across Europe, North America, Australia, and New Zealand, alongside a landmark sold-out performance at London’s OVO Arena Wembley.

In 2026, he reached another career milestone with the launch of his own festival, My Home Is The Rave, bringing together the artists and sound that have defined his meteoric rise. Backed by a devoted global fanbase, a string of charting releases, and an unmistakable creative identity, Hedex stands firmly at the forefront of modern drum & bass, continuing to shape the genre’s evolution for a new generation.

For more dance music releases and reviews, follow TFword on Instagram | Facebook | X

You May Also Like:

Skrillex Launches New Platform, CONTRA, with Full Line-Up

AIRGLO Talks Orchestral Influences, New Music and Exploring Genres

Flexout and Sofa Sound Join Forces in New Independent Partnership

Hedex continues the rollout of his highly anticipated album ‘Nu Era’ with a brand new single, ‘Beat On My Drum,’ a collaboration with rising vocalist Inéz, released on My Home Is The Rave.
