The 2022 MTV European Music Awards winners have been revealed! Rita Ora and Taika Waititi hosted the event from the PSD Bank Dome in Düsseldorf, Germany. The likes of Muse, Bebe Rexha, David Guetta, Gorillaz, Ava Max, Stormzy, GAYLE, OneRepublic, SPINALL, Äyanna, Lewis Capaldi, and reigning Eurovision winners Kalush Orchestra were among the stellar lineup of performers at the 2022 MTV EMAs.
Taylor Swift emerged as the most-awarded artist of the night with four overall wins for Best Artist, Best Video, best Pop, and Best Longform Video. With this, Taylor now ties Lady Gaga as the most-awarded MTV EMA female artist with 12 total awards. Nicki Minaj, David Guetta, and SEVENTEEN tied for second place, each winning two awards. Harry Styles, who led the nominations with seven nods, ended up winning only two categories – Best Live and Best UK & Ireland Act.
