S20 Thailand Unveils Star-Studded Line-up for 10th Anniversary

Thailand’s iconic water festival, S2O Festival, gears up for a jubilant splash with vigorous dance beats, dazzling light displays, breathtaking stage production, 360-degree waterworks, and DJ sessions from powerhouse international and local artists. Landing amidst the Thai New Year celebrations or Songkran, the revelries run for three evenings with a top-tier artist card.
Opening day stacks up with ‘Happier’ and ‘Alone’ fame Marshmello, all-action dance music connoisseur Timmy Trumpet, producer B Jones – who earned a spot on DJ Mag’s Top 100 DJs poll in 2024, house/future house savant RetroVision and tech-house queen DJ Sally.
Thai New Year’s Day, April 13, rolls out masked magician Alan Walker, Major Lazer Soundsystem, electro house act Danny Avila, singer-producer Pauline Herr, and Spanish duo PROPHECY. Closing the festival the following Monday are the likes of DJ Snake, Major Lazer’s Diplo, a future house B2B2B performance featuring a trio of Brooks, Mesto, and Justin Mylo, China’s future rave and techno maven WUKONG, and dominant drum & bass producer Culture Shock.
A bevy of local artists are expected to be announced for the three-day hydro dance affair in the weeks to come. The organizers have also mapped out three contests, one listed as an S20 The Opener DJ Search competition in liaison with Pioneer DJ to source out the next DJ talent.
Artists above 18 years of age not bound to any label are invited to participate for an opportunity to perform on the main stage as an opening act, a chance to perform with club partner MU: IN Bangkok for the festival pre-party, and the possibility to perform on the welcome stage. The other two contests include a Welcome Stage design challenge and a Dance Off competition.
