Haus of Slut Returns with Tidal Wave 2025 for Memorial Day Weekend

For a third year on the trot, LGBTQIA+ party promoters Haus of Slut stack up an impressive multi-day showcase on land and water in ‘Tidal Wave,’ scheduled for this upcoming Memorial Day weekend from May 23 to 27, 2025. Painted with house music, celebrity guest performances, and arena takeovers, the organizers have left no stone unturned to deliver a memorable showcase. Friday, May 23, gets the party rolling at Austin’s largest LGBTQIA+ nightclub, Highland Lounge. Dubbed the ‘Rising Tide,’ this kick-off party is stuffed with two stages and exhilarating DJ sessions all lined up to go on until the wee hours of the next morning.

Up next is the Lowtide Castle Pool Party, scheduled for May 24 from 3 PM onwards at the hallowed grounds of Slut Castle in Austin. (Its location will be provided via email ahead of the date.) Locked in-store is a fancy sundowner sealed with heaps of surprises and sultry guest performances, paired against the soothing vibrations from a DJ booth.

The Riptide Yacht Fleet Party ensues next, a precursor to the finale, pinned for May 25 from 10 AM until 7 PM at Lake Travis. This assemblage starts with a bus pick-up from downtown Austin to Lake Travis. Attendees can then board the massive yacht en route to Hippie Hollow (Lake Travis’ Nude Beach) and enjoy a scenic cruise party.

Closing the curtain on the Memorial Day weekend celebration, the party now swerves to its new location, ROMA & REINA rooftop bar, on the evening of May 25, packed with immersive and interactive visuals and floor-rattling DJ sets that run until 3 AM. Spencer Huff, Edward Frame, Ryan McClure, Michael Navarro, Qwest, Thee Flitth, Cookies & Cream, and other surprise DJs and performances will be in charge of the entertainment.
