Skrillex Launches New Platform, CONTRA, with Full Line-Up

The platform helps forward-thinking artists, innovative music, club culture and more connect on a deeper level through massive coordinated events.

Skrillex’s new adventure begins later this month in Berlin. On May 30 and 31, Kraftwerk will host a top-notch line-up of electronic music artists who will set the dancefloor ablaze with their music. This event is brought to you in collaboration with Berlin Atonal. Over seventy artists will flock to Berlin to assemble at what used to be a central-heating power station, which has now become a sought-after space for gigs and exhibitions. Environmental design for these shows will come from Matière Noire.

This explosive event will kick off on May 30 with electrifying sets from English techno heavyweight Blawan, bass house star Knock2, New York-based Juliana Huxtable, grime MC and producer Flowidan, Hamdi, ISOxo, Amsterdam-based DJ Upsammy, and more, with none other than Skrillex.

The second day of the event will be pulsating with beats from Bladee, Beatrice M B2B Soa420, DJ Caio Prince, Paris-based DJ/producer CRYSTALLMESS, DnB producer gyrofield, Lou Nour B2B Bakey, French producer Malibu, and London-based DJ Tash LC B2B T.No, among other exciting acts on the bill. 

Skrillex has been on a roll with music releases and shows this year. His three-track EP ‘Kora’ came out earlier this year, followed by ‘Party At My Place’ with xaviersobased and Dylan Brady; ‘Bass Dhol’ with Ahadadream and Raf Saperra; ‘SYRINX’ with RHR, Me Jesmay, and Lucas Swatch; ‘SURFBOARD’ with Tokischa; ‘Duro’ with Young Miko; and the latest ‘Smoke’ with ISOxo, TeeZandos, and Cristale.
