Fur Party, the multi-genre dance fest, returns for its sixth edition, radiating from its staple venue PhatHouse Brewery Bar in Haruru, Bay Of Islands, New Zealand. As with its fourth furry display, electronic artists and DJ/MC duo Alley Kat and Matt Rapid return behind the deck to helm the extravaganza with their outlandish antics and loveable styles. The night will see the headlining acts splashing out a mixed bag of house, swing, punk, garage, dub, and jungle vibes! Attendees are fully encouraged to show up in their best furry attire.

PhatHouse Brewery commenced operations in 2015 and curated its first ‘Beats n Brews’ production at its brewery, accommodating over 100 guests in 2017. In Haruru, this craft beer venue and live music space is a staple for hosting live gigs, parties, and other themed-party celebrations. Argentine melodic hardcore and punk rock band Boom Boom Kid also performed a free gig at this hotspot on July 12 as part of their ongoing tour of Aotearoa.
