This daytime party will be held at The Elephant in Auckland, New Zealand, on June 28, 2024, with supporting acts Danny, Momo, Volkov, and more. Tickets for The Long Weekender ft. Luke Alessi has been booked and busy! He kicked off the year by embarking on a North American tour with stops in NYC, San Francisco, Tulum, Los Angeles, Miami, and more. He later made partygoers groove to his music in Singapore, Chicago, Berlin, Phuket, and Denver, amongst other cities whilst on his ongoing world tour, which will conclude at The Long Weekender in Auckland later this month. Alessi is also scheduled to appear on the Portola Festival stage in September. On the music front, he shared ‘12 Inch Acid’ – a collaborative track with Chloé Caillet in January and released the two-track ‘Bay Beh’ EP in March.
Auckland-based DJ Danni, who has supported the likes of VNSSA, MPH, DJ Jackum, Jakkob, and more, will be heading to The Long Weekender on June 28. “Matariki long weekend incoming… getting groovy with Aussie’s Luke Alessi plus some amazing local support for a glorious day time boogie @theelephantwrestler. This one is gona be house music heaven!” said Auckland-based DJ Momo, another artist tapping in as the supporting act for Luke Alessi.
Volkov, Auckland-based DJ duo Zamalek – composed of Trent and Jordan, Jordy Evans, and Danny Diggler round out the roster. “Aaaand we’re back again with another absolute banger of a weekend coming ?? We can’t wait to play some groovy tunes at the amazing @theelephantwrestler this Matariki long weekend. With Luke Alessi headlining alongside amazing local support, you already know it’s going to be a fun one. Come have a boogie with us,” shared Zamalek on Instagram.
