As one of the most influential and inspiring names in dance music, Belgian techno superstar Charlotte de Witte decided to give back to the club culture community with her new EP. She revealed that proceeds from ‘The Resistance’ will be going to a new global nonprofit organization, Nighttime Foundation.
Nighttime Foundation is committed to “safeguarding and shaping the future of nightlife, empowering grassroots communities, and championing nightlife as a vital form of culture worldwide,” according to a statement shared on Instagram while announcing their collaboration with Charlotte de Witte.
The much-awaited ‘The Resistance’ EP landed on streaming platforms and became available for purchase on September 24, 2026. The EP comprises four tracks: ‘The Resistance‘ featuring South London-based DJ/producer and vocalist Theo Nasa, ‘See Through The Light‘ with XSALT, ‘Another Place‘ and ‘The Resistance (feat. Theo Nasa) – Intro Version.’
Speaking of track three, de Witte wrote, “Another Place has been in the making for over a decade. It saw the light of day in Brussels, where the lyrics took shape together with my friend One Track Brain. The track was forgotten and resurfaced years later, leading to an entirely new track created around that magical vocal from all those years ago.”
She celebrated the release of ‘The Resistance’ EP with a surprise free block party in her hometown, Ghent, in Belgium. It was held at Overpoortstraat and saw a sea of people in attendance to celebrate her enchanting new music.
‘The Resistance’ is now available on digital platforms.
