Who pays for your ticket fee?
In most cases, the service fee is paid by the ticket buyer, but you can optionally choose to absorb it instead. We keep the service fee per ticket reasonable for your ticket buyers, unlike most of the event ticketing industry. The ticket fee percentage depends on your ticket price and includes the cost of Stripe payment processing.
Do you charge for free events?
No, we do not. There is no cost for free events - it's a totally free event ticketing system when you're not charging for tickets. We only charge a service fee if you are selling paid tickets or NFT token-gated tickets.
Do you charge for issuing guest tickets?
There is no charge for issuing guest tickets. These are free tickets and are not subject to any ticket fee. You can issue as many guest tickets as needed for staff, VIPs, or any other complimentary attendees without incurring any costs.

Do you support reserved seating?
Yes, we do. You can sell tickets online with assigned seating using clickable seating charts, and even define standing/general admission areas. Ticket Distribution & Check-in

How do attendees receive their tickets?
After purchase, attendees automatically receive digital tickets via email with unique QR codes. They can also access their tickets through their customer account on the platform. If needed, attendees can print their tickets or simply show the QR code on their smartphone at the event for scanning.
What options do you have for access control? Do you have an event check-in app?
You can use our ticket scanning mobile app, Entry Fairy, or use our API feed to allow any 3rd-party RFID system to scan our ticket QR codes. As your event approaches, you will get an automatic email from the system with a link to download the app and information on how ticket scanning works. All revenue from ticket sales processed through Stripe is immediately available in your account.
Can tickets be transferred or resold?
Yes, our platform includes a controlled ticket resale and transfer system. As the event organizer, you can choose whether to allow ticket transfers and configure resale rules, including price caps to prevent scalping. Our system includes anti-fraud protections like ID verification to ensure only legitimate transfers occur. All resale transactions are processed through your Stripe account, giving you full visibility into both original and resale transactions.

Promotions & Marketing

How do discount codes work? I'd like to give discounts to certain people or offer group discounts.
We do things a little differently than other ticketing platforms. You create an individual promotion, set its discount pricing structure, and then you can add as many discount codes as you want that will unlock that promotion. This allows you to add many (or even thousands) discount codes so you can track ticket sales from different affiliates and partners. You can even apply different discount types to different ticket types within the same promotion. All discount transactions are processed through your Stripe account with the appropriate adjustments.
Do you offer tools to help me sell more tickets?
Yes, our platform includes built-in marketing tools like social sharing incentives, referral programs, affiliate tracking, and email campaigns. These features help you leverage your audience to drive more ticket sales while maintaining the secure Stripe payment experience for all purchases.
Do you have a waiting list feature for sold-out events?
Yes, you can enable a waiting list feature for sold-out events or ticket types. When additional tickets become available or when others cancel, people on the waiting list can be automatically notified and given priority access to purchase. Our system can also be configured to automatically offer returned tickets to waiting list members in order of signup. All waiting list purchases are processed through your Stripe account like regular ticket sales.
