Assam-based independent musician Suzonn follows up his leap day release ‘Adhure Hum’ with a brand new tune.
Singer-songwriter Sujan Sinha, who flourishes under Suzonn, adds his newest composition to an impressive resume of music releases. ‘Baavre Ho Gaye’ commemorates the captivating allure of the madness of love.
The Hindi-worded folk song clocks in at nearly five minutes with somber instrumentation emitting from classical instruments such as the Sarangi and Dotara, along with mild guitar strokes, temperate percussive beats, and enchanting flute elements. Suzonn exhibits breezy and smooth vocal textures, boosting the evocative melody while singing each lyric passionately.
“‘Baavre Ho Gaye’ holds a special place in my heart as it resonates with the Bollywood romantic ballads that I grew up listening to and adore deeply,” expressed Suzonn in a statement.
The artist further states, “As a composer, I’ve always dreamt of crafting melodies for Bollywood films, and ‘Baavre Ho Gaye’ is a manifestation of that dream, but in the indie space. It’s about pushing boundaries and exploring new territories while staying true to my roots.”
