SET Underground’s Tierra De Los Muertos Festival Unveils Phase One Line-up

Galloping toward its fifth edition, SET Underground’s Tierra de Los Muertos Festival returns to Oaxaca City, Mexico, from October 24 to 26, 2025.
Founded by event producer and curator Christian Pineiro and watched over by the looming skeletal face of “La Catrina,” the festival makes its presence felt at a new venue: La Fortaleza, San Pablo Villa de Mitla in Oaxaca.
Bursting with a diverse community of artists, musicians, and performers, this year’s edition is a feast for all senses. The promoters assure attendees of an “unforgettable experience that celebrates life, creativity, and the spirit of Oaxaca.”
Tying it all together is a mesmerizing line-up of live music, dance performances, visual art installations, theatrical performances, boutique markets, traditional Día de los Muertos make-up stalls, local food booths, and wellness experiences, such as sound baths, sound healing, mindfulness meditation, ecstatic dance, and cacao ceremonies.
The 2025 line-up is a hypnotic blend of deep house, organic rhythms, downtempo tribalism, and minimal electronica peppered with a global soul. The sound is anchored by artists like Goldcap, Marques Wyatt, IMNOTAKYD, while also embracing worldly textures from Ali Farhani B2B Shan Nash, Cabizbajo and Aera.
Melodic and deep techno elements arrive via artists such as Ivory, Nandu, and Konvex, while experimental and psychedelic electronic take shape via Theus Mago, Colossio b2b Gamez, and Yamaguchi. Live sets by Roderic and Roal + Amené promise immersive, genre-blurring performances. A strong line-up of selectors rounds out the phase one curation, including Caro Libertad, HBB, Jimbo James, Admiral, Double Max, Jordy Black Tape, Melo, Andre VII, Blank, Anette B2B Alo Alo, Satoru, Svetlan Dimitrova, Timeless, and Los Huastecos.
General Festival passes, VIP and All Access Packages, VIP Tables (Group Seating), and Add-On options including round-trip bus services, ferris wheel ride, wellness sessions, and the Sunset Culinary Experience by Rodolfo Castellanos + Mezcal Tasting are up for grabs.
