The electronic musician returns to Papaya Playa Project after doing a b2b set with Matthew Jonson for Moongaze in May of last year. Known as one-half of Minilogue, Sebastian Mullaert has had an incredible solo career! As a child, he played the violin and organ and performed in pop bands and orchestras before developing an interest in electronic music. Mullaert’s music has reached some of the biggest stages in the world, including the Labyrinth Festival in Japan, Black Market (New York City), and Panorama Bar in Berlin.

He launched Circle of Life in 2018, a record label and event series concept that will take him to the Noname / La Nature Festival this June. Circle of Life collaborated with Habitas for In Bloom Creativity & Workflow workshop with Sebastian Mullaert at Habitas Tulum earlier this year. The Swedish recording artist was a part of the Free Rotation compilation called ‘Dove,’ which helped raise funds to support those who are suffering in Ukraine. He also released ‘Whispering of Knives’ and shared a remix of Pattrn’s ‘Bridges: Katano’ last year.
Sebastian has wowed audiences at Anomaly Limited Edition Fest (Mexico), Department Festival in Stockholm, Stationen Röstånga, Sacred Ground Festival (Berlin), Outrebleu in Paris, Bassiani (Tbilisi, Georgia), Circus Osaka in Japan, and Wonderfruit Festival in 2022!
