Snowbombing Festival Welcomes Maribou State, Hybrid Minds, Girls Don’t Sync and More

Austria’s adventure-packed Snowbombing Festival returns to Mayrhofen for its weeklong escapade from April 6 until 11.

Snowbombing Festival, radiating from the snow-clad Alps, is built on pillars of “Slopes Sense and Sound.” It cobbles together a majestic five-day experience packed with music, mountainous adventures, and wellness offerings, all enlivened by breathtaking views and innovative production.

English electronic music duo Maribou State sits atop the music card, bringing in their live set. Hip-hop group Del La Soul, dance music acts Orbital, Hybrid Minds, Sub Focus, East End Dubs, Interplanetary Criminal, and the female-led DJ collective Girls Don’t Sync also feature.

DnB trio Basslayerz, rapper Fat Tony, multi-genre DJ Fish56Octagon, tech-house whiz Gaskin, ’90s house/disco crew Horse Meat Disco, vinyl specialist Kirollus, DJ/radio host Jess Iszatt, and minimalist ELLIA JAYA will perform at the icy spectacle. Rattling out the rest of the card, names pasted include L.P. Rhythm, Obskür, Silva Bumpa, sim0ne, Oppidan, Sota, Lulah Francs, OKO, Woody Cook, and many more.

Music at Snowbombing pours out through multiple stage setups, namely The Forest Stage, The Street Party, The Racket Club, Corona Sunsets, Rompa’s Reggae Shack, Mountaintop Brunch, The Fun Haus, and The Vault.

Engaging sessions arrive courtesy of Bongo’s Bingo, Butcher’s Shop Sets, Cable Car Raves, Chairlift Speed Dating, Mountain Top Brunch, and Snolympic Games, to name a few. Wellness and relaxation offerings tuned to rejuvenate senses range from yoga, meditation, Pilates, hot tubs, and more. Adventure activities span ski & board, PenkenPark fun zone, paragliding, hiking trails, and three Ravers2Runners challenges.
