Dar Disku Announces India Tour 2026

Artist touring agency AIR HAUS is bringing Dar Disku to India for a three-date run.

Known to offer sub-genres such as Arabi disco, Habibi house, Rai, Khaliji, Afro disco, and more, Dar Disco has graced massive stages, including Glastonbury, Lowlands and the iconic fabric London. Now, they are bringing their unique sound to India later this year. The duo, which founded the Dar Disku record label and collective in 2018, will be taking over stages in India on October 9, October 10, and October 11.

“If you were to ask me a few years ago, what is Dar Disku. I might’ve said something along the lines of, ‘we’re trying to rediscover gems from the Middle East’ or whatever, but the world has changed since then,” Dar Disku said in an interview with Dance Policy earlier this year. “Now, slowly, [we are]moving towards a new tone for the stuff that we don’t think exists.”

Dar Disku took charge of Number 90 London in February, Paris’ Djoon in March and Bristol in May. The duo are also on the bill for the Multi Multi Festival taking place next month. “Their sets move through cultures, rhythms and memories — creating moments that feel euphoric, warm and unexpected,” wrote AIR HAUS while announcing the pair’s upcoming arrival in India as Dar Disku.

Mazen AlMaskati and Vish Matre have taken their genre-bending, culturally rooted sound from Bahrain to the Netherlands, Paris, Istanbul, Norway, London, Morocco, Croatia, and more, and have performed alongside some of the finest talents like British musician Nabihah Iqbal, Berlin-based DJ/producer Hunee, Palms Trax, and Four Tet. Dar Disku is now getting ready to lay down their unforgettable tunes in India as part of their three-stop tour. The venues and cities of their shows are yet to be announced. Their last appearance in India came in 2023 at the Magnetic Fields Festival.
