Mosimann Brings Tribbs’ Dream Track Vision to Life with ‘Halo’

Swiss-born and France-bred DJ, producer, and performer Mosimann debuts the first official single from his viral online Dream Track series, ‘Halo.’

Swiss-born and France-bred DJ, producer, and performer Mosimann debuts the first official single from his viral online Dream Track series, ‘Halo.’

The producer’s weekly Dream Track episodes see Mosimann ask each visitor, “What would your dream track sound like?” Guests respond with an outrageous, and apparently not so impossible, list of desired elements for a tune.

Mosimann then crafts a custom cut based on their input and reveals the result at the end of the segment. Notable names like Rita Ora, Craig David, Shaggy, and Bob Sinclair have all featured in the series, which has amassed over 180 million organic views online.

Next up was Polish electronic music producer Tribbs, whose Dream Track requests included the iPhone AirDrop chime, the iconic ominous intro from Darude’s ‘Sandstorm,’ breakbeat and jungle drum patterns, and piano arrangements inspired by his fellow Pole and legendary composer Frédéric Chopin. Out of this bold mix of sonics, tied together by a melody from Tribbs, came ‘Halo,’ the first single to be unleashed into the world from the Dream Track undertaking.

It unfurls with bleak, moody keys before locking into a passionate vocal sample that steers the track toward a progressive dance groove. The chorus is catchy and pairs seamlessly with a punchy bassline and shimmering synths, resulting in a bouncy, dance-pop beat.

Riding the wave of momentum from this drop, Mosimann’s Dream Tour for 2026 has also been announced. Kicking off on March 19, the EDM producer takes over Europe with gigs in France, Belgium, Germany, Poland, Switzerland, Spain, the Netherlands, and the UK.

‘Halo’ by Mosimann is now streaming on all major audio platforms
