TANTRON Announces Debut Tour of New Zealand

Hosted by Sail Away and Full Time Senders, one of the Netherlands’ hottest drum & bass exports at the moment – producer TANTRON – ferries his brand of hyperactive bass music to Kiwi shores for the first time this September 2024. Tickets to TANTRON’s shows in Auckland and Wellington are brought to you by The Ticket Fairy.

Flying high after an absolutely lethal performance at Festivalweide Kristalpark (Lommel, Belgium) for Rampage Open Air, electronic music artist Hugo Jobse, thriving under the alias TANTRON, makes the long journey from his hometown of Tilburg to Aotearoa on his maiden four-city tour of New Zealand.

TANTRON’s current itinerary places him at Pointers in Auckland on September 13, followed by concerts in Ohakune (September 14), Christchurch (September 20), and Eva Pub in Wellington on September 21. The high-energy DnB connoisseur, who made waves with his bootleg of Black Eyed Peas’s single ‘Pump It,’ announced this New Zealand tour via social media, enthusiastically calling it “one of my biggest childhood dreams EVER.”

Dipping into a couple of gigs and line-ups, TANTRON will be flanked by a starry cast of artists in Auckland that include DnB heads Mylen, Dylan Beattie aka Dylan BT, duo Peak Havoc, Ava, and a lucky wildcard artist.

TANTRON’s New Zealand tour’s concluding gig stems from Eva Pub in Wellington, with the likes of duo Chano x Freemxn (Lawrence Chan and Joel Freeman), Joey Illah, Brookie Thorpe aka Damage Control, pair Issue 2 (Maxwell Wickens, William Scholten) and DKAV b2b Tonin (Dylan Kavanagh, Joey Townsend) charging in on supporting duties.
