Lizplay Records

London’s independent record label HE.SHE.THEY. positions itself as not only an international record label but a fashion brand and event series too. Launched by Steven Braines and Sophia Kearney, the brand prides itself on being an inclusive community for everyone regardless of age, race, sex, gender, ability, religion, background, or sexual preference.
For their shows, HE.SHE.THEY. has aligned with the likes of DJs and producers such as Honey Dijon, Maya Jane Coles, Sara Landry, Hiroko Yamamura, Helena Hauff, Sita Abellan, Shanti Celeste, Hannah Holland, and most recently, London-based artist and DJ/producer Crybaby, to name a few. My Other Side of The Moon
From Mozambique comes the independent record label My Other Side of The Moon, circulating supreme portions of dancefloor and festival-ready concoctions jolted with organic house, Afro house, tropical house, and melodic pulsations. Forged in 2017, music releases on this label have glossed the world over and received endorsements from the likes of Black Coffee, Themba, Carl Cox, Vintage Culture, Shimza, Adam Port, and Keinemusik, to name a few.
My Other Side of The Moon also sits among the top 50 labels worldwide in the Afro house and organic house space and is presently ranked at #24 on BeatStats’ organic house/downtempo list and #8 on the Hype-Afro house chart. German electronic artists Tom Bioly and Benjamin Frohlich co-chair proceedings at Berlin/Munich-based Permanent Vacation Records, a top-performing label that has produced genre-twisting music over the last ten years. Their current crop of music releases includes meaty portions of house, disco, and indie-dance drops, the latest being producer Johannes Albert’s soothing disco-house mix ‘Wide-Eyed’ (featuring singer Helen Salvin).
Along with an impressive roster, the label also boasts releases from Sam Goku (‘Explorations 01’), Massimiliano Pagliara (‘See You In Paradise’), Olive T (‘flowZone’), and Terr (‘Have You Ever’), and Anja Schneider (‘If You Wanna Scream’). Calling back to Benjamin Frohlich’s early days running a record shop, the Permanent Vacation Records website also holds an online store where you can purchase CDs and 12-inch vinyls of their music releases, along with official label merchandise.

Mule Musiq
Tokyo-based record label Mule Musiq serves as a pillar of the electronic music scene in Japan, harboring over two decades in the game and boasting endorsements from the likes of Tim Sweeney (Beats in Space) and Norwegian nu-disco DJ/producer Prins Thomas. Fronted by Japanese DJ and promoter Toshiya Kawasaki, Mule Musiq was originally built as a booking agency in 2001 before gradually earning its stripes and growing into one of the most influential and respected labels the world over in the realm of atmospheric, downtempo, nu-disco, techno, funk/soul, ambient, and house music.
Under the Mule Musiq umbrella is a catalog of over 500 releases (including artworks) featuring artists such as Kuniyuki Takahashi, Axel Boman, Ricardo Baez, Polygonia, Simone de Kunovich, Knopha, TEE MANGO, and Fabrizio Fattore, to name a few.
